Incredible customer service - they way things should be done

I used to have Rebel Wi-Fi and when I moved house switched my broadband to them as well. Despite a couple of delays caused by Openreach (out of Rebel's control) I've been really impressed with Rebel's service - they kept me informed the whole time, installation and setup was really straightforward once Openreach sorted their bit out, and they helped me solve a couple of minor issues while I was setting up all our devices in my new home. They even proactively reached out to help get better signal in my garden studio for WFH days. It's so refreshing to be treated like a human by other humans - makes you realise how badly most companies treat their customers these days.
