I ordered a create your own tracksuit and its absolutely amazing. It's one of the most comfortable tracksuits I own. I always order a size larger in tracksuits as I like to be able to move and this has so much room and the leg length is perfect. It's also fantastic to mix and match with other things to make the most out of it :) I let them have full creative power and gave a loose theme they absolutely smashed it. I've had so many compliments about it. Thank you to the ratchet team
Bought 2 hoodies half price and I'm glad I didn't pay full, they're so thin. Designs are nice but not worth full price. Also the postal bag came completely ripped which I realise is the fault of DPD but the items weren't in any other packaging for protection so if it rained, they would've been soaked.
Wish I could leave more than 5⭐️

Items are true to size and even have a label that says ‘Size Beautiful’ which was so lovely 🥺 As a plus-size woman, it’s so nice to find clothing that is size inclusive, beautiful quality and all round just amazing. Will be ordering again very soon! 🖤
The quality is not great for the price point, even at a half price discount (£20 paid) The design is faded, dull and feels incredibly cheap. The hoodie itself is Temu premium quality. You're better off being a Shein hoodie, buying a decal on eBay and iron that on yourself.
Apparently the customer service is moody and stroppy so why would I complain? Absolutely F that. The company knows by now there is a quality issue with their products and to keep on selling anyway is pretty predatory. Urgh. Don't do it.
Shein, eBay and an iron will give you a similar result.

Signed up for a discount code to order a breast feeding hoodie. It didn’t work. I contacted the Facebook page to try and resolve it. In the mean time I received many many emails with voucher codes. Tried all of them but none of them worked. ONE code said it wasn’t able to be used on my specific item, so thought maybe the breastfeeding hoodies just didn’t accept the codes and ordered without a code. A little annoying but all is good. Just waiting for my order.
25 days later (25th march) I received a response asking which code, which i just told them I ordered without. While I had them, I asked if they could check on the status of my order, I received my response by email saying it would be shipped that week (last week) which it hasn’t been. They also wrote on the email that breastfeeding hoodies take up to 15 working days as said on the website. Which is true, it says on the listing for the custom breastfeeding hoodies and a tie
Dye one. But I ordered the black one, and their listing does not say up to 15 working days.
This then leads me to today being the 15th day. I discounted the bank holiday Friday and Monday, and counted the working days which is today. I’ve not heard anything and it’s now 7pm so it’s unlikely it will be shipped today. Even if it was, combining the wait time with the time it takes for it to be delivered from dishaptch date, I did not expect to be waiting almost a month. It’s getting to the point where I’m just considering getting my money back through the bank, especially if I have to wait another 25 days to hear back from them.
I love their approach they take and how informal they are with they way the speak on social media and honestly found it funny being called a b*t*h in my emails. but I didn’t expect that to extend to the way they actually run things.

I did receive a response to say they’re waiting for them to come back from the person who adds the zips, but still no idea how long I can expect to be waiting. I responded, and received no response.
After further messages on Facebook and email not being responded to, I have contacted again to request my order is cancelled and refunded. Let’s see how much hassle this causes. I’m absolutely gutted by this but just because I like the appearance of a company and what they sell, wasn’t going to prevent me from feeling like I’ve been taken the mick out of. The stress this has caused, isn’t worth a hoodie with zips in when I’ve now been breastfeeding for almost 3 months without one anyway. I was hoping to order again in the future as I like a lot of other things they sell. I definitely won’t be now.

After requesting a refund both through Facebook messenger and email, the request was ignored and the next day my order was dispatched and received the day after. So they gain a star for fast delivery.
So when it arrived, it was thinner than I expected for £50. But weather is getting warmer so wasn’t the biggest issue. The two problems I have with it, is although minor, the writing on the sleeve uses a lower case ‘I’, yes my grammar may not be amazing here but I’m not printed on a jumper. The second issue is it’s just not good quality. I was worried about washing it so I washed it inside out, on a 20 minute wash at 30 degrees and it’s gone all bobbly. The zips are also sewn on poorly with exposed stitching and is puckered in places. I’m truly gutted as I was really expecting a lovely item of clothing with the potential to buy more in the future. As they don’t offer refunds on this item I haven’t bothered contacting them about the issues with it since I received it, partly because it is still wearable and functional. My suggestion to them though, would be to put the zips on the other way around so they undo upwards as you end up with quite a lot of expose skin at the top.
Having waited a while to have the spare cash to order from here I am so bitterly disappointed!!
Ordered a hoody and sweatshirt. Waited ages for it to arrive - was ordered before the madness of any Black Friday deals but still waited over 2 weeks for delivery.
Sizes seem very odd, the hoodie is huge but the sweatshirt tight around the bottom and both ordered in the same size.
Hoody stitching came undone on the pockets and around the back seam after the very first wash,leaving a visible hole on both sides of the pocket. I Contacted them directly, sent photos etc and they clearly can’t be bothered to deal with it. Responded the first time with “oh I’m so sorry!” And was seemingly keen to resolve the issue for me but despite repeat messages asking for this to be looked into, and being told “have to ask the boss and get back to you”, needless to say that there was nothing sorted. Waited a few days and Asked for a returns address as I’d like it replaced/refunded and also for a returns label- as I will not be happy to pay £8 tracked postage to return an item which is so poorly put together that it falls apart in a 30° wash. I bought the hoody in their 50% off sale, essentially this is a £50 jumper that was the equivalent quality of Shein/Temu but for an awful lot more cash. I have hoodies that I’ve had for 3/4 years, costing the same and have washed and worn beautifully.
They needed to go away and find out if their company covers returns for faulty clothing but never got back to me.
Rachet is just too busy drumming up the social media following to actually deal with anything other than taking your money. From reading other reviews it’s clear customer service is absolutely not a priority for Rachet clothing. You can’t scream your company ethos from the rooftops and expect people to just hand over cash and keep quiet. Have seen quite a few reviews that say “oh I love this company but my hoodie was a weird size/poor quality but the boss is a legend on social media so I won’t be complaining “ get a grip! That’s not how it works. For a company that constantly bangs on about its ethos, being a “family” and loving its customers, you’ve shown very little of this IME. Very disappointing that I’ve wasted my money on this.. Won’t purchase from you again.
I absolutely love the Ratchet team and what they do. The clothing is just top quality and I love the designs. I love how the tags can be removed and if you’re a bigger size it says ‘size beautiful’
Customer service is almost as good as Dyson hahaha no it’s fantastic, messages are read and responded to straight away instead of ignored or left for days! Turn around and Delivery is really reasonable and sometimes quite fast considering every piece is made to order. Overall shop at ratchet because you won’t be disappointed and if you follow them on social media dhillan is always entertaining us with his whit and sarcasm! Love you guys, never change ❤️
Brilliant company, highly recommend!! Hoodies wash up great and worth every penny. They’re a small team/buisness and still you don’t wait longer than 10 days for your items. Even with their crazy sales. If you’re thinking about buying, do it! You won’t regret it :)

I LOVE Rachet. Dhillan has created an amazing brand where he and his amazing team (they run it really tbf) are fully present & created the most amazing inclusive group which actually feels more like a family.
The clothing is incredible quality and I love everything it stands for - Mental Health is a big focus and I love that. This isn’t just any clothing, it’s RACHET CLOTHING.
Love all the Ratchet gang they are doing such a lot for mental health and body positivity. So for that alone you should support this brand. Secondly I have fibromyalgia and I am so picky with the clothes I wear, and the quality. These clothes are so so comfy. Also I love the tie dye 🤩🤩 Thanks guys xxx
Ordered a few things now from ratchet and the clothing is amazing, great quality and washes so well (such a mum thing to say). Happy with delivery times and aware to leave a little longer at busy periods as everything is handmade and it’s a small business. Love looking at the guys on social media who are hilarious and seem like such nice people
