I ordered a create your own tracksuit and its absolutely amazing. It's one of the most comfortable tracksuits I own. I always order a size larger in tracksuits as I like to be able to move and this has so much room and the leg length is perfect. It's also fantastic to mix and match with other things to make the most out of it :) I let them have full creative power and gave a loose theme they absolutely smashed it. I've had so many compliments about it. Thank you to the ratchet team
Bought 2 hoodies half price and I'm glad I didn't pay full, they're so thin. Designs are nice but not worth full price. Also the postal bag came completely ripped which I realise is the fault of DPD but the items weren't in any other packaging for protection so if it rained, they would've been soaked.
Wish I could leave more than 5⭐️

Items are true to size and even have a label that says ‘Size Beautiful’ which was so lovely 🥺 As a plus-size woman, it’s so nice to find clothing that is size inclusive, beautiful quality and all round just amazing. Will be ordering again very soon! 🖤
The quality is not great for the price point, even at a half price discount (£20 paid) The design is faded, dull and feels incredibly cheap. The hoodie itself is Temu premium quality. You're better off being a Shein hoodie, buying a decal on eBay and iron that on yourself.
Apparently the customer service is moody and stroppy so why would I complain? Absolutely F that. The company knows by now there is a quality issue with their products and to keep on selling anyway is pretty predatory. Urgh. Don't do it.
Shein, eBay and an iron will give you a similar result.

Support small business? Yeah maybe if they weren't pulling the same bullshit as the big companies I absolutely would.
Absolutely love Ratchet! The clothing is so comfy and the colours so vibrant. Sizing is perfect for me. I have many items in my collection and I always look forward to a new purchase. Dhillan and the team are lovely too. I highly recommend.
I’ve only found this company recently and they are amazing! They offer unique style, look after ALL sizes and are just fun!! Which I’m sure a lot of us need in our lives these days! The products are of great quality, wash really well and look da bomb!! Excellent customer service and the special offers are just epic!! What’s not to love 🥰
Customer service is amazing, clothing is such good quality, none of that thin-ass material, lovely thick, warm hoodies!! I think the mystery bags could have a little more different stuff in. I wasn’t expecting 3 best sellers ofc but 1 item with something on other than plain tie dye would have been amazing. But that’s just me being picky tbf. Dhillan is a queen. Absolutely amazing presence on social media, has me howling. I recommend to everyone all the time 💛💛💛
Hoodies are amazing, a bit small fitting I've found so if you want it baggy size up!
We had an issue with one of our hoodies and got in touch, we were given advice and if it didn't work were told we could return and have a replacement, this wasn't needed the advice worked but amazing customer services!
I’ve just received my 6th order 😬 for my daughter and I, and to say I’m addicted is an understatement! I cannot recommend this company more. The quality & service is second to none. It’s not just about that though, Ratchet has built a community where everyone supports each other. The Ratchet team are hilarious and following them online is a full time job 😂 keep up the good work all! ☺️

My ratchet Barbie hoodie came very quickly and is incredibly soft, fantastic quality and a head turner! It's now my ultimate comfort hoodie. Would definitely buy from ratchet again 💜
The first thing I purchased was a bag back in 2014 when Dhillan had his own shop in Lakeside Shopping Centre. His customer service on the day was fantastic and even until he closed the shop he was absolutely amazing! Even to this day the bag is still in use!
If I could give Ratchet more than 5 stars I would, this company is one of the best companies I’ve ever shopped with for plus size clothing. Not only do they go up to a 5XL, but everything is unique. Everything is priced reasonably, if you have an idea of something that you want they can create it, whether it’s joggers, t shirts, hoodies to even cycling shorts No job is too little or too small for Dhillan and his hard working team.
I’ve personally had no issues with this company over the 10+ years I’ve been ordering from them. I cannot thank Dhillan, Lisa, Caitlin and co enough for all their hard work they give to myself and others. You all deserve a massive thank you!
