Terrible, I’ve just got a new Tv and Rakuten tv is included, I’ve tried to watch 4 films so far, 3 wouldn’t load and I kept getting a circle thing rotate in the middle of the screen so after 15 minutes gave up , then tried watching “ The Road “ which kept cutting in and out , used to have more reliable downloads before broadband, oh but there was no trouble when the pesky “ Ads “ came on , they were fine !!!! Just incase people think it’s a internet connection issue

J ai acheté un abonnement Viky pass standard depuis 8 jours.. et certes je peux regarder les films asiatiques sur ma tablette . Mais impossible de se connecter sur ma télé LG toute neuve . Lorsque je vais sur la télé on ne propose que des films gratuits ou à l achat. Mon abonnement n est pas reconnu

Crap. So many advertisements a 2hr film becomes 3 hrs. You can't pause, you can't fast forward. Won't be watching again.

Can’t access the online guide for Live TV to see what will be showing on my Samsung T.V. Rakuten give me a message that I need to turn off my adblocker. I will not be compromising the safety of my computer because 1 website demands that I watch more adverts, this is outrageous! I only discovered this channel yesterday and noted that it had some excellent films, I watched it from early afternoon to late into the evening, In that time I watched lots of adverts during the commercial breaks. (Which I was happy to do because I was watching quality content). It is very closed minded of Ratuken to prevent me from seeing what will be on the channel today. Ratuken willl not let me see what will be playing unless I turn off advertisements. This is extremely shortsighted on their part! I will be avoiding Ratuken from now on and I will be spreading the message far and wide that Ratuken are one of the bad companies that are DEMANDING that we turn off the protections on our devices just to consult a guide of what is playing on the Live Ratuken TV channel of the day. Absolutely Disgusting Behaviour From Ratuken!

Su Rakuten sono presenti tantissimi film per tutti i gusti, moltissimi anche gratis. Personalmente trovo l'app ben fatta e utilizzarla è semplice ed intuitivo; la utilizzo prevalentemente per visioni in streaming e funziona bene su smartphone, su tablet ed anche su Smart Tv. Il valore aggiunto, per me, lo dà il servizio clienti: per qualunque dubbio,difficoltà, problematica od incertezza, c'è sempre una persona gentile che risponde ed aiuta in caso di necessità. Io mi ci trovo bene, è la piattaforma streaming che preferisco.

Amazing customer service from Rod Forest at Rakuten tv! Had an issue with redeeming a voucher from Octoplus that I incorrectly used! Within a few minutes Rod had replied and advised me what to do. Now sitting down to hopefully enjoy Gladiator II! Thanks again!
