Terrible, I’ve just got a new Tv and Rakuten tv is included, I’ve tried to watch 4 films so far, 3 wouldn’t load and I kept getting a circle thing rotate in the middle of the screen so after 15 minutes gave up , then tried watching “ The Road “ which kept cutting in and out , used to have more reliable downloads before broadband, oh but there was no trouble when the pesky “ Ads “ came on , they were fine !!!! Just incase people think it’s a internet connection issue

Connection sur la télé impossible malgré abonnement Vicky pass standard

J ai acheté un abonnement Viky pass standard depuis 8 jours.. et certes je peux regarder les films asiatiques sur ma tablette . Mais impossible de se connecter sur ma télé LG toute neuve . Lorsque je vais sur la télé on ne propose que des films gratuits ou à l achat. Mon abonnement n est pas reconnu

Fast streaming, high quality and lots of free content

I recently discovered the Rakuten TV app on my TV although it was there all along. I mostly like the fact that you can rent movies and there is no need for a subscription. All went well for a couple of movies until one movie said it offered Dolby Atmos sound but when starting the movie, it froze. It did work on 5.1 DTS core, which is pretty good, but when switching to Dolby Atmos, nothing. On other movies Dolby Atmos worked, but not on this one. I wrote to customer support and they were very prompt, to the point and acted professional. They even refunded the money spent for the movie I watched with 5.1 DTS core sound instead of Dolby Atmos, because, in their words, I "was unable to properly enjoy it". When a company shows this level of respect to a client, I'm happy to work with them.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. Gaspar at Rakuten gave us a full refund within half an hour of us emailing to say our 2 year old had purchased a film on our TV whilst I'd nipped out the room. (He'd found the remote, turned off CBeebies and managed to rent a film!) Gasper also provided us with information about setting up Parental Contol. Very Helpful, Thank you!
