Terrible, I’ve just got a new Tv and Rakuten tv is included, I’ve tried to watch 4 films so far, 3 wouldn’t load and I kept getting a circle thing rotate in the middle of the screen so after 15 minutes gave up , then tried watching “ The Road “ which kept cutting in and out , used to have more reliable downloads before broadband, oh but there was no trouble when the pesky “ Ads “ came on , they were fine !!!! Just incase people think it’s a internet connection issue

J ai acheté un abonnement Viky pass standard depuis 8 jours.. et certes je peux regarder les films asiatiques sur ma tablette . Mais impossible de se connecter sur ma télé LG toute neuve . Lorsque je vais sur la télé on ne propose que des films gratuits ou à l achat. Mon abonnement n est pas reconnu

Support efficace, sens du service client développé et bons rapports-qualité prix sur les vidéos en location ou à l'achat avec des promotions régulière. Une offre unique de films gratuits avec publicité pas trop intrusives où le meilleur côtoie le pire mais avec quelques pépites quand même. Pour le support, mon expérience : plus de sous-titres soudainement, solution apportée par le support en une demi-journée, vraiment efficient et cool !

Ik ben van plan om de film 'into the wild' van sean penn te kijken, maar ik heb een aantal vragen over de film. Is de audio de oorspronkelijke engelstalige audio en kan je de ondertiteling in het nederlands instellen?

Absolutely first class service i meant to buy a movie but rented it instead by mistake afterwards I saw a way of buying it so I brought it contacted Rakuten and explained what I had done they refunded the rental straight away first class customer service many companies should take a leaf out of their customer service book thanks Rakuten.

I have been using Rakuten for years, it's a solid platform with a good choice of films and is easy to use. I recently contacted their support team and the super-fast Giuliana resolved my issues within minutes (even though it was a sunday and I wasn't expecting a response to my email for a few days)! I just wish everyone one had such amazing support teams as Rakuten
