Terrible, I’ve just got a new Tv and Rakuten tv is included, I’ve tried to watch 4 films so far, 3 wouldn’t load and I kept getting a circle thing rotate in the middle of the screen so after 15 minutes gave up , then tried watching “ The Road “ which kept cutting in and out , used to have more reliable downloads before broadband, oh but there was no trouble when the pesky “ Ads “ came on , they were fine !!!! Just incase people think it’s a internet connection issue

J ai acheté un abonnement Viky pass standard depuis 8 jours.. et certes je peux regarder les films asiatiques sur ma tablette . Mais impossible de se connecter sur ma télé LG toute neuve . Lorsque je vais sur la télé on ne propose que des films gratuits ou à l achat. Mon abonnement n est pas reconnu

I rented a film but couldn't get it to play on my Apple TV. When I contacted Rakuten TV support for a refund, they processed it impressively quickly. So although their product isn't up to the standards I expect at the moment, their customer service was great. Thank you for the refund!

I noticed a purchase on my account I didn’t recognise and contacted the technical team Albeit the technical aspects were challenging in understanding how the purchased went through the team was understanding and offered a refund. I have been previously using the app and will continue to use for movie content, knowing their customer support is credible. Highly recommend

I am a long time user of Rakuten. My daughter went to use an Octopus code for a free rental, but instead it took the payment from my paypal account. Contacted them via the website and within minutes my paypal account had been credited with the amount taken by mistake. Very impressed with the quick turn around with my query by Xavier.
