Ich wundere mich über die hier schlechten Rezessionen. Spiele seit zig Jahren bei Race Bets und wurde noch nie eingeschränkt natürlich in Bezug auf die voreingestellten Limits. Für mich der beste Pferdewettenanbieter am Markt.

Der Kundenservice von RaceBets Deutschland ist eine absolute Vollkatastrophe! Wenn man ein paar Euro durch Boniaktionen und Gratiswetten gewinnt, wird man ganz schnell von diesen Aktionen ausgeschlossen. Per Nachfrage über den Kundensupport oder vor Ort auf der Rennbahn wird einem nicht geholfen und man wird vertröstet oder auf die AGB verwiesen, welche nichts genaues aussagen. Angeblich hat man gegen irgendwelche Regeln und Bestimmungen verstoßen. Zur Krönung wird einem das Konto gelöscht und jegliche Möglichkeit genommen sich erneut anzumelden. Sicher ist es besser so! Zum Glück gibt es noch andere hervorragende Wettanbieter im Bereich Galopprennsport, die zudem einen ausgezeichneten Kundensupport pflegen.

Account restricted after 1 winning bet. Don't know how they are in business!
I opened an account, placed 1 bet (which won £75) and immediately received an email from them stating that betting restrictions had been placed on my account, effectively making the account unusable. I have a lot of bookmaker accounts and I am aware that bookmakers do impose certain restrictions on your account but never have I experienced this happening after the placing of just 1 bet. As I have no betting history, the decision to make these restrictions can have no basis whatsoever. I wonder if the same decision would have been made if my bet lost. I would imagine not! If this is how they treat all customers, I'm amazed they are in business. Completely unacceptable.

Race Bets no es recomendable
Tienen la costumbre de eliminar a los clientes que consideran bajas sus ingresos o porque les da la gana o simplemente porque eres de otro pais, en mi caso llevo ingresos netos de más de 300€ en 3 meses y sin más motivos me han echado. Lógicamente viendo otras opiniones está claro que pequeños inversores no les interesan. NO a Race Bets van en contra de la libertad y son unos clasistas. Les animo a que se den de baja hay muchas opciones

Joined Racebets had a few losses amounting to £1000 then a couple of lucky wins totalling £1400. They immediately restricted my account ,removed all bonuses and limited my max bet. I tried to withdraw my winnings and struggled. They wanted every bit of verification that they could out of me and that wasn't enough. Apparently a passport isn't enough of a proof of identity!? Still no pay back, not even my deposit. Only option left is to open a complaint with the gambling commission. Avoid at all cost. There's no honour, they only want #MugPunters! I would also like to add that as far as the website goes. It's not at all intuitive. It's impossible in the mobile version of their website to place any double, accumulator or lucky 15 etc and their odds are not competitive.

dont matter waste of time
as soon as i verified my account was told i was not allowed any bonus even before i had placed a bet also i was told i was not allowed too place fixed odds on the account, these jokers should not have a licence to take bets,. AVOID

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT BET WITH RACEBETS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!!! If you do decide to give them a try, you will for sure find your account restricted (or closed) for no other reason than you were fortunate enough to have a small win or backed horses that were over priced thus beating the SP. Their verification process is long winded and their payout is slow. The last two positive reviews on this site (prior to mine) are almost certainly not genuine and probably written by someone associated to Racebets - don't believe a word, just read the negative reviews to get a feeling as to the shower you are dealing with.

Bad choice to open account with them. They accept my bet and then say it was after the race. How the hell can you accept a bet after a race. They suck and. Do everything so that they don't have to pay you
