Ich wundere mich über die hier schlechten Rezessionen. Spiele seit zig Jahren bei Race Bets und wurde noch nie eingeschränkt natürlich in Bezug auf die voreingestellten Limits. Für mich der beste Pferdewettenanbieter am Markt.

Der Kundenservice von RaceBets Deutschland ist eine absolute Vollkatastrophe! Wenn man ein paar Euro durch Boniaktionen und Gratiswetten gewinnt, wird man ganz schnell von diesen Aktionen ausgeschlossen. Per Nachfrage über den Kundensupport oder vor Ort auf der Rennbahn wird einem nicht geholfen und man wird vertröstet oder auf die AGB verwiesen, welche nichts genaues aussagen. Angeblich hat man gegen irgendwelche Regeln und Bestimmungen verstoßen. Zur Krönung wird einem das Konto gelöscht und jegliche Möglichkeit genommen sich erneut anzumelden. Sicher ist es besser so! Zum Glück gibt es noch andere hervorragende Wettanbieter im Bereich Galopprennsport, die zudem einen ausgezeichneten Kundensupport pflegen.

CON ARTISTS: Opened an account because of the generous £50 free bet offer, Placed a £50 bet on a fav on English horse racing, Then my limits were cut to ridiculous amounts so i could not place my free bet on any selection. Reported them to the governing body that adjudicates them, That was over a year ago and have heard nothing from them!

Worst bookmaker I have ever used
Worst bookmaker I have ever used. Staggered that they have a license from the Gambling Comission. They restricted my account before I had even finished registering which I complained about. They then lifted the restriction until my first bet with them won and at the end of the race sent an email telling me I could only have SP's and that I would only be allowed to bet on what they want me to. Truly awful bookmaker AVOID

Shady company, got an email from them stating I could have a 50% deposit bonus for my birthday. Deposited my money and found they had banned me from bonuses. Got that sorted out over live chat to find they had banned my from fixed odds betting. They said I am more than welcome to bet on starting price odds and tote bets. OK fine so I go to place a bet to findo I am stake restricted. Avoid this shady underhanded company.

Perhaps they have turned the corner
Hi everyone, I read the negative comments below and thought it might be worth updating everyone.I am a punter whose stakes are under £100 and I do not have any other connection with RaceBets. I opened my account about a year ago and can well believe the comments below because, initially, RaceBets simply refused to take my bets claiming that they did not have the capacity to take bets before 10 am even though they had advertised prices! Utterly ridiculous! HOWEVER, since RaceBets came off Oddschecker.com, they have taken my bets on every occasion and well before 10 am, they have offered either top prices or good prices, they have settled the bets correctly, they have honoured the best odds guarantee and they have processed withdrawals quickly and without requesting any identification documentation. Something has clearly changed and this company is now well worth your (re) consideration.

I opened an account and made a deposit. Without placing a bet, I emailed within one hour to be advised that I had been restricted to SP bets only. The reason is unclear and I can only guess that I had betfair open in a browser at the same time and they didn't like it.

SCAMMERS!! ACCOUNT BLOCKED AND DEPOSIT FROZEN
I had an account with them with which was already verified several years ago. I recently made a deposit after I had moved to a new country and they requested a new proof of address. I sent a utility bill but for some reason they didn't accept it and asked for another one. As I can't provide any other document (nor would I bothered to waste so much time for 20 euros) I asked them to simply give me my deposit back and close my account, but they refuse to do so and say that they will confiscate my money. All this to scam me 20 crappy euros; you can imagine what they will do with larger deposits.

SCUMBAGS- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS
I went to put a bet on one of the antepost markets at Cheltenham (4m National Hunt on day 1). After depositing my £200, and then trying to place the bet it said please wait. I waited 3 minutes, only for them to say it was too big. Fair enough. Then, as I tried placing £50, THEY CUT THE ODDS INTO 16/1 FROM 20/1 WITHOUT ME EVEN PLACING A BET. This is such a quiet market at this time of year, and clearly they saw me wanting to take a good bit of early value and trimmed it because I flagged it by wanting a bet. DISGUSTING. At least other bookies offer you a smaller stake. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS

Not worth the effort.
Saw these listed on oddschecker, I followed the link through and saw a signup offer so decided to give this company a go, I put my details in and as soon as my account was made I received an email to state I couldn't participate in bonuses, why advertise something if you cannot offer it, asked them to close my account and remove my details, cowboy website.
