Ich wundere mich über die hier schlechten Rezessionen. Spiele seit zig Jahren bei Race Bets und wurde noch nie eingeschränkt natürlich in Bezug auf die voreingestellten Limits. Für mich der beste Pferdewettenanbieter am Markt.

Der Kundenservice von RaceBets Deutschland ist eine absolute Vollkatastrophe! Wenn man ein paar Euro durch Boniaktionen und Gratiswetten gewinnt, wird man ganz schnell von diesen Aktionen ausgeschlossen. Per Nachfrage über den Kundensupport oder vor Ort auf der Rennbahn wird einem nicht geholfen und man wird vertröstet oder auf die AGB verwiesen, welche nichts genaues aussagen. Angeblich hat man gegen irgendwelche Regeln und Bestimmungen verstoßen. Zur Krönung wird einem das Konto gelöscht und jegliche Möglichkeit genommen sich erneut anzumelden. Sicher ist es besser so! Zum Glück gibt es noch andere hervorragende Wettanbieter im Bereich Galopprennsport, die zudem einen ausgezeichneten Kundensupport pflegen.

Scam company
Lose few bets since opening an account with them. The last bet, I put 10 euro on a horse I like with odd more than 10. Immediately I got an email that I am only allowed to bet SP but not early odd. They are just so stupid because my bet end out losing. Anyone who thought of joining RATbet...please dont. You are wasting your time and I doubt they will pay me if I really won the bet.

BOOKIE NOT!! SCAMMERS MORE LIKELY
People stay away from racebets. They are no bookmaker, no integrity, no honesty, no values... they are nothing They will not pay me my winnings, as each time i fail their "verification" for KYC. I have logged a complaint to the Malta Gaming Authority and invite everyone facing the same to do so. This company must be shut down for the sake of everyone.

I signed up after seeing an offer of a 1st deposit match up to £50, before I had a chance to deposit I received two emails from them, the first to say my account had been excluded from any bonuses, including the welcome bonus, the second asking me to verify my account. I decided just to ignore both and forget about the account, what a waste of time this company are!

Signed up to place a bet...received an email saying that my account wouldn't qualify for any bonuses....deposited some money to place a £50 bet and they wouldn't even let me stake £1.... What's the point so I withdrew my £50...Another on the list to go with the likes of Betfair, Ladbrokes, Betfred & Boylesports

Account not eligible for fixed odds
When I signed up the sent me an email saying: (quote) "we want to be the first port of call for horse racing enthusiasts who want to place a bet". The following day they send me an email saying that my account is nor eligible for fixed price odds. This is absolutely the last port of call for horse racing enthusiasts - go to one on the bigger bookmakers who care about their customers

No intentions of fulfilling bonus
I'd just like to echo the sentiments of others on here. Deposited £50, race won then account restricted. Online chat very unhelpful. In order to withdraw bonus money I have to place £250 worth of bets (pretty standard) but they started by restricting the amount I could bet to £19.59 and after 6 bets they've reduced to £9.59. They're trying to make it impossible for me to withdraw the bonus and again, they've refused to give me an explanation. They've also blocked me on Twitter too. Awful company. Surprised they can do what they do.
