No after sale customer service!
Ordered an awning which was incorrectly described. Returned the item to their returns centre 2weeks ago and within the returns period. I have emailed several times Over the past 3 weeks with no reply, telephone number permanently engaged (even at 6am and 9pm🤔) and to date I have had no refund. I understand staffing levels are lower than usual but if you can’t cope with the customer aftercare then limit what you sell. Happy to take your money but not give back what they owe. I do not recommend you order from their website at this time. Ironically their customer service email is customercare@. There is zero customer care from QD. Surely they can have a staff member at least answering emails. They can do that from home!
