Shockingly poor company. Can't believe they have stores if this is how they treat customers!
If you're here before making a purchase please avoid! If you made the same mistake I and many others have by giving them your money then I hope you're not in a rush for whatever you bought. I was annoyed at having to pay nearly £20 for delivery of some small lightweight items, but I can't grumble because I did choose to pay that. They had some stuff that I couldn't get hold of elsewhere, otherwise, I wouldn't have bothered. Once they'd taken the payment I received the automated email with my order number. Two weeks after that and nothing. No updates or any other communication from the company. I've sent emails, called their number, and even tweeted them. They are active on Twitter but won't respond to me there either. I hope this is just a blip due to covid19 but either way I won't be buying from this company ever again. The customer service is non-existent and I'm now going to have to waste my own time contacting trading standards and my card company to try to get our money back.
