Flight itself was fine with good crew and decent food, but had terrible experience with customer service at the airport. Long wait times for check-in and unhelpful staff when dealing with a baggage issue. Expected better from such a reputed airline.

Qatar Airways delivered a solid flight experience. The plane was clean, staff was professional, and we departed on time. Food quality was above average for airline standards.

Flew business class from Doha to London and was thoroughly impressed. The cabin crew was attentive throughout the flight, meals were delicious, and the seat was incredibly comfortable for sleeping. The entertainment system had a great selection of movies and shows. Only minor complaint was the boarding process took a bit longer than expected.

Perfect for my work trips to the Middle East. The business class cabin is quiet and conducive to getting work done. Power outlets at every seat and reliable wifi made it easy to stay productive. The flat-bed seats are excellent for overnight flights.

Nothing particularly stood out as exceptional, but nothing was terrible either. Standard airline experience with acceptable food and service. The entertainment selection could be better updated.

This was my fourth time flying Qatar Airways and they continue to impress. From check-in to arrival, everything was seamless. The Oryx One entertainment system is top-notch and the amenity kit was a nice touch. Definitely my go-to airline for international travel.

The flight was mostly pleasant but we experienced a significant delay without much communication from the airline. Once airborne, the service was professional and the food was tasty. The delay compensation process was also quite bureaucratic.

Punctual departure, smooth flight, and courteous staff. The seat comfort was good for the 8-hour journey and I appreciated the quality of the blanket and pillow provided. Would fly again.

Compared to other full-service carriers, Qatar Airways offers competitive pricing without compromising on quality. The baggage allowance is generous and the seat pitch is comfortable even in economy.

While the service and comfort level were excellent, I felt the pricing was quite steep compared to other airlines. The lounge access in Doha was fantastic though, and made the layover enjoyable.

From the moment I boarded, it was clear that Qatar Airways pays attention to details. The cabin was spotless, crew uniforms were immaculate, and even the presentation of meals was elegant. Small touches like the welcome drink and hot towels made a difference.

The good: spacious seats, excellent in-flight entertainment, and friendly crew. The not-so-good: meal service was slow and my special dietary request wasn't properly handled. Also had issues with the wifi connectivity throughout most of the flight. Still a decent airline but room for improvement.
