Pure Pet Food

My dog loves the food and all the different varieties but she has lost weight since starting her on your food not sure why am having to give her extra food

Terrible customer service if you try this company make sure your dog likes the food before 9 days as they will send you another months supply at £45 a pop ! With no refund! After speaking to customer services more or less said tough luck ! .. just be aware!

My dog seems to like it but I find the smell a little off putting - it doesnt smell like real food

good company they always reply quickly and are happy to answer/solve any questions or issues.

Great product overall excellent service. Needed to change a delivery date and its simple to do. Then I added some treats. Explanation of the products is written clearly.

We found the access to advice and support very supportive when we had a few queries. In addition to thus the follow up emails asking about progress when we were transitioning to pure were really and a sign of a quality service.

My 19 month old staff has had a sensitive stomach, sickness after meals also diarrhoea. I had tried different shop brought brands of food, probiotics still having problems 😞 Then I see pure advertised and I thought nothing to loose. what can I say second order just come Rosie coat is the best it’s ever been, no more sensitive stomach and she licks the bowl clean 🐶 I have one happy healthy dog thank you pure.

Pure makes ordering easy and there are ample opportunities to swap recipes and add - or remove - extras; the reminder email to reorder comes in plenty of time to tweak and/or delay. My dog, a JRT, eats the lot, no bother. This was not the case before we switched to pure. I like that it’s so easy to control portions too.

My dogs go mad for this food. I’ve never known them to lick a clean likimat for so long after the food has gone. It’s convenient and super easy to prepare. It’s a definite winner with my lot!

My dog liked the game food but tried him onnthe salmon one and he won't eat it at all, tried a number of times but no refuses ti eat it. Also I find it quite pricey.

I have asked segeral times to cancelvthe subscription and they just won't do it. Appalling customer service. I sent an email more than a month ago requesting the subscription be cancelled. She said she'd skipped tue delivery while we talked about it. I replied saying I just didn't want it anymore and asking them to cancel it and received no reply. Today I receive an email saying they're processing the order. The option to cancel the subscription on the website is not clear. But managed to do it now after 500 attempts from them to keep you.

Very understanding staff easy to talk to on the telephone. Very good advice given.

Pure deliver an excellent product, Louie loves the food, he lets us know the time, so we don’t forget to feed him.

Before pure my dog had flakey skin and a dull coat. Now his coat looks so healthy and his digestion has improved. Pure is great as storage is so much easier than some of the other premium brands. It’s easy to order and alter as my pup has grown. Delivery is fast.

Bambi loves Pure pet food, she use to always leave a little food every meal but now she’s licking the bowl around the floor to get every last drop

We have had pure food now for nearly a year. Sometimes I have to make it into little balls as Huskys can be fussy. If we need it earlier than our normal time, it's always come within 3 days. My dogs love it, I love how easy it is to prepare.

Changed my 2 Tibetan Terriers to Pure from kibble a year or so ago..best decision I ever made.They love it & has cleared up their allergies & ones constant ear infections. Always helpful if you have a query, easy to change delivery dates & all items.We go away a lot so lovely you don't need fridge or freezer...Thankyou

Dundee is a rescue with a sensitive stomach and has hypothyroidism I really struggled to find food that he enjoyed eating that didn’t impact his health conditions until I found pure. He wolfs down his pure food and I can really see an improvement in his coat condition. Prior to pure he could only eat raw and that made travelling with Dundee difficult , pure solves that issue . We have explored the treat section and so far chicken treats are his favourite. my fussy mutt also enjoys the Dental sticks . Pure has made feeding easy and removed all the issues we previously faced.
