Having Pure Pet Food customer Service reach out to me was a breath of fresh air. They are polite and professional and extremely helpful. Although this food doesn’t suit my dogs, bearing in mind they usually have raw, it doesn’t mean it won’t suit others. I suggested that new customers be able to pay for a month’s trial before signing up to a subscription, just to make sure that their dog is happy on it. 10/10 for customer services and thank you for sorting things out satisfactorily for me.
Got signed up to this food as a subscription when at a show. Realised when I got home what had happened, also realised my card details had been saved on their website despite me stating specifically that this wasn’t to happen. Tried to cancel it all as it worked out at twice the price of the food I use for our dogs whilst touring. However, they came up with a good deal and as it’s lighter to carry in a motorhome it seemed the way to go. Nutritionally, it comes out well on www.allaboutdogfood so I was happy. Not much good if it’s nutritionally good but they poo so much in huge volumes. I have 3 dogs, different breeds and it’s the same with all of them. I have now had to order the previous food and get it delivered to near where wer’re staying and am left with £200 of food I won’t use. One of my dogs, who it is hard to keep weight on anyway, now looks emaciated. He’s already had 4 huge poos this morning and it’s only 9:30am. They are not diarrhoea, just huge, soft ones. Perhaps it suits your dog but I would give it a months trial period and make sure you get confirmation the plan is cancelled should it not suit your dog. Very disappointed that I got talked into this and out of pocket too.
