We love Pure as much as Bailey Dog does! I particularly like the flexibility of the ordering system, always get notified of when the next delivery is due to be on the way and the payment date, the fact we can delay it if required and change the menu means Bailey gets the variation of flavours for his food. Awesome thank you.

I really love the ethos behind Pure. Clean ingredients, yummy meals and gentle on Baileys tummy. He eats his entire meal, licking his bowl clean clean! Even my cats love Baileys food, and I would love to know if Pure are also considering cat food…:) !!! I don’t know why it took me so long to switch to Pure, but I’ll never go back.

Moved over to Pure from some very expensive cold compressed food. I have a labrador so fussy is not in her vocabulary. The website is amazing, was able to state she has a chicken intolerance so it never gives the option to have foods with chicken, tells you exactly how much to feed, and anytime I've used the live chat I've only waiting max 30 seconds to speak to a real person. And the best thing? Her poops are 10/10 now, finally!! **update 20/05/25** turns out my puppy (8.5 months) was losing weight on Pure because it isn't enough calories for growing active puppies. Still really like Pure for her coat and poops, we're just adding puppy kibble to bulk it out while she's still developing.

Amber had a sensitive stomach and became rather pungent in the evening. Her stomach settled very quickly once on the food and her smell and stools much better almost instantly. She’s a bit of a fussy eater and not really motivated by food, but we’ve found rolling her pure food into meatballs really helps her to eat it all up

Our Bailey sits by her dish waiting to be fed, she’s never been so excited over feed times before . We only have to say Pure and she’s off running for her dish . So it’s a great big woof and paw up from Bailey .

Very bad company, We tried for our dog and she didn’t like it. Cancelled on the app which they try every trick in the book so that you don’t cancel. A month later we noticed £61 leave the bank to only discover that it wasn’t cancelled and for £61 it was the most expensive dog food I’ve every seen for what you get. We emailed the day that the order was being processed only to be told that we can’t cancel the order and if your dog doesn’t like it to donate the food to charity. We will 100% not use this company again with any of our dogs. AVOID

The dogs love it!!! Pure keeps their weight healthy & tummy’s settled. Website really easy to navigate - easy to change delivery dates. Been using pure for over a year.

The experience has been great with customer service always coming back to me more or less straight away with any queries I have had. The food has been great for my boy who stopped eating his old food as he suffers from kidney disease so had to get the renal food which he can eat fine and enjoys. It is extremely expensive but worth it for the happiness of my old boy. I gave 4 star due to the high cost.

The idea is lovely in principle but after 3 months of desperate attempts to get my dog to eat what my friends have branded "doggy-huel", I've had to accept that she'd rather starve to death than eat this. She has lost 10% of her bodyweight and I've tried every trick in the book to get her to eat. I asked to return an unopened bag of the stuff and was denied a refund for it because it is "tailor made".

Very efficient service and variety of flavours to chose from. Our dog loves the food and she has managed to lose some weight. Vet is pleased!! Like the fact that I can delay delivery if required.

It wasn't made clear they were signing me up to a subscription service, so I was shocked to get an email saying they had sent my repeat order just a few weeks after I ordered what I believed was a 'one-off' order. And to make it worse they had already debited my paypal account. So I contacted them to cancel the 'order'. They have refused, and they are also saying they will not accept a return, even though the goods will not have been opened. The product is just a smelly mush, and my dog (quite rightly) refuses to eat it. Avoid this product at all costs. So far It has cost me over £70. This business is a complete disgrace

Dermot McLoughlin was INCREDIBLE What a credit to the customer service team. I got in touch to complain about how our package was delivered from EVRI and he reassured me that this would be dealt with directly between the 2 companies. He was very kind and understanding and just as shocked as I was!! Every company needs more Dermot's

I tried Pure Pet food on a money saving trial offer and my two dogs loved it so much that I had no choice but to sign up. Customer service is so helpful and deliveries are easy to reschedule or pause when needed. A really great experience for the past year. That’s why I’ll be staying for many more. Thank you Pure team
