Early days but the food was delivered super quick and I liked the cute personalisation. I have a very fussy pup. Ie she will only eat off a plate, not a bowl. The first two days she has wolfed down (after being tempted by a bit on a teaspoon, sigh) and licked the plate and everything around it. So I am super happy.

Caddy loves this food, she has had more bounce, healthier coat and looks forward to meal times. Its easy to use and no refrigeration needed< no more dried out biscuits for her!

I have been thankful for Pure Pet food, my dog was diagnosed with diabetes last year and I have been struggling with how to feed her. Since finding Pure I find that she is much more ready to eat than before, she was becoming very fussy. Now she mostly eats it all up at a sitting. I do spread it over the day with smaller amounts each time and she is happy with this. She is beginning to be the dog I knew before the diagnosis, bright eyed and interested. Thank you Pure.

Always helpful when i contact, staff very polite and friendly and will always try to answer my questions/ make suggestions/ solve my query. I like it that i can always speak to a real person and not a robot and that they have a genuine love of dogs.

This company is more than just a dog food supplier. I have had help and advice from a nutritionist when I had a problem with my puppy being underweight and with their help he is going from strength to strength. I also had a problem with a delivery, which was my fault, and they couldn’t be more helpful. Superb customer service. Charlie, my cockapoo, absolutely loves the food.

Great delivery although the food does go dry quickly & needs topping up with wayer

My dog loves the food and he has never had such a healthy coat, or good 'digestion'! Its also so convenient - I share my time between home and my partners, and having a bag that is so easy transportable; no frozen or dripping raw food to deal with anymore!

I am so lucky to have found Pure Pet Food for my little Westie Lucy. She loves the food and is such a healthy happy dog now. I found it hard to find a food that she enjoyed and would not turn her nose up at. Now when she hears the Pure Pet Food packet being taken off the shelf she runs into the kitchen with excitement Lucy now licks her bowl clean. Even the box has her name on, and when we receive the delivery it is like she knows it is for her, she runs to the door ready to get the parcel from her pals at Pure Pet Food. This company treats you like an individual and really looks after you and your pet. A big thank you.

Both my dogs, a 31/2 & 17 yr old, hated the food - I never got to feed them the full amount. Ive told pure they should offer a weeks trial - not a months worth, it’s cost me a lot of money for a wasted months worth of food.

Everything is spot on! the foods amazing and so was Henry’s free treats all around good product and good service the food your provide has to be great as Henry doesn’t leave a crumb he turns his nose a lot of food but this is perfect for him thanks to pure cheers 🍻

I have two Labradors who had been suffering with brittle hair until I started them both on Pure. Their coats are glossy and silky now and I get comments all the time asking how I got them in that condition. The company is very helpful and staff professional which is great, the orders are prompt and delivery is always quick my one complaint if it’s classed as one is the tape on the box that holds the delivery never holds and the boxes are usually open on delivery but so far nothing missing.

Maddie absolutely loves her dinners now. She has never followed me making her food like this before. I have tried being quiet when I open the pack but she can snell it within seconds. Can't get enough of it.

Coco absolutely loves the food and knows when it's her feeding time as patiently waits by her food cupboard, her coat is beautifully smooth & shiny, her muscle tone is amazing and she's always ready to go .

Finally I have found a food that fussy Pickle enjoys. She has a special diet, due to pancreatitis and the people at Pure have been helpful narrowing down which recipes she can eat. There are 3x flavours that are low enough fat to be suitable. For me it's nice and easy to prepare when we are travelling too. As its in dry powder form, we only need the scoop and some water to mix it with, so no freezer space required. We are two years in with Pure now and very happy.

Dog likes the food and it seems to be good for his digestion. But the recommended amounts were significantly underfeeding him - he lost weight so now supplementing with kibble.

As you may recall from previous feedback Freddie is my problem pooch but I can today report that after the extreme lows we faced at Christmas changing to Pure Pet Foods is the best thing I could have done for him, bother Jessie and Freddie took to it no trouble tails up heads down until the bowl is licked clean, Freddie coat has now fully recovered and is lovely and soft his skin is no longer dry and flakey he no longer scratches and both his eyes and eyes have also improved better then I could have hoped for, he also seems to be a lot more agile and not forget Jessie is also loving Pure Pet Foods, it's a big thank you from them both keep up the good work
