The website is clear and easy to use. The information on each flavour of food is great. Most important, Ernie loves it! I am so happy I changed his food, his allergies have got so much better.

Order always arrives on time,well packed and easy to open ,sometimes a free gift for Bonnie.

This is the best food I have ever gotten for my dog, she has got to a lovely weight now and seems happier in her self.

Our dog Woody has been enjoying Pure pet food for the last 3-4 years. Woody is a Cocker spaniel with a sensitive tum but since being on this brand, his tum is so much better. Now there isn't much in the way of food that Woody doesn't like, he's a little pickle at times, stealing socks just to get a treat but knowing that he is happy and healthy now, is worth it's weight in gold.

Rescue dog doing really well on this food. Good product. Customer service excellent. Appreciate the way customer is informed of packing and delivery details.

I have three cockapoos and two are really fussy but are really loving this food the lick their bowls clean and then some. Really have peace of mind that they are eating the good stuff with no additives

I love the convenience of the powdered diet and the ingredients in it are amazing, my Cockapoo puppy is very happy. The only issue is it is a little pricey compared to other natural ingredient/hypoallergenic dog foods in general circulation. I also find that I get anxious in case I run out before delivery. The other issue would be I have problems with the company used to deliver as they just leave the box anywhere and I have it go missing. I would say that Pure replaced the missing parcel immediately without issue, but the second box was just thrown over my garden fence.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Seen a huge improvement in my dogs health and behaviour and this is down to his food. Amazing site and easy to use app make it so much easier to navigate. Very kindly my dog received a gift in his second box and he loves the ball and treats. I am so happy I found you and so is Frank. It's so easy to manage your account online. Add items, change recipes and alter delivery dates. If you leave a message someone always gets back to you the next working day. Rather than sending a message to say they will check on your query, they actually reply with a full response after already looking into your query.

As a dog owner it is really good to know that I am feeding my dogs the right nutrients. I love the fact that the amount is carefully calculated for both my pets. And they are getting everything they need to keep them fit and healthy. Their coats and waists lines look amazing on this food. I have also noticed that my mad cocker spaniel is slightly less mad. But still her amazing bouncy bundle of adorable energy. The customer service team are also amazing quick to respond and help with any queries and advice. I would highly recommend pure feed.

I placed an order last night and immediately cancelled it by emailing the company they replied immediately asking questions. It was literally minutes. They kept pressuring me to keep the food etc, I finally replied to them.telling them to stop pressuring me that I made a mistake and need more time finding the right food for my dog. They are so unprofessional! Food isn't fresh, they went ahead and shipped the food! Awful service, pushy salesman. I'll be sending it right back to you for a full refund! It cannot be fresh because it was shipped straight away. Looks highly processed from photos that's why I got concerned as well. I wont be bullied into keeping the online order!

2nd time not received and had to chase delivery. Not a reliable service dispatch.

With having fussy rescue dogs, I found it difficult to find the right food for them. I started with our recent rescue Lilly, just to see if she liked it, which thankfully she did, and after a few weeks of sharing with my other dog, I decided to include Rosie, our rescue jack russell as she loves the food too. Happy days 🙂

My dogs love pure . They get so excited when they know it's there dinner time. I've tried all different food on them , but none of it can beat pure. Keep going you are doing wonders for the dogs. Coco and maya say a big thank you.
