Both my dogs love Pure. Not saying their are spoilt but they have 3 different flavours on the go! Pure is easy to store and easy to prepare. Deliveries are reliable and can be adjusted if needed. I win't be changing!
I called sometime ago about deliveries of my dogs food. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and helped me with a decision to a larger food delivery.

1 year with Pure We moved our 20 month old cavapoo, who is a fussy eater from Kibbles to Pure roughly a year back, and never looked back. With 2 food options he licks his bowl clean 99%of the time. His coat is smooth and fluffy and he is active all day long. I also get the venison treat bag and yak milk chews from Pure, both are highly recommended.
Pure has changed Maples life, she has gone from gunky eyes, bald patches and paw issues so bad she had to wear boots on every walk, now back to her happy former self, this was the last step to try before she was going to go on a special food made from feathers so thank god we tried it.

My dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis so I needed to find low fat food for him. No problem with transition - he took to Pure straight away. I emailed recently to try different food for him and you can get samples for small cost. Excellent customer service. He loves it all and is thriving on it. Has lost a bit of weight too which isn't a bad thing!
Swapping to pure was the best thing I ever did for my boy. Before we changed he had really itchy, flakey skin everywhere and his fur would get really greasy a few days after his baths. I was really nervous swapping initially, as he has a REALLY sensitive stomach. Pure gave us a recommendation on how to transition over to 100% pure, we followed it (we did add middle steps in-between their recommendation, mainly because he is so sensitive and we didnt want him to end up at the vet, plus we have all the time in the world so why not be cautious?) We have been giving him Pure since 04/12/2024 (date of review: 17/05/2025) and his skin is perfect! His stomach issues are basically gone now too. He was abused really badly before we adopted him, so it took him a couple of months of encouraging him and getting him to not cower from this new food. Dinner time has always been a scary time for him (I have no idea what happened to him to make him this fearful of food), but now it gets to dinner time and he has never been more excited! To see this boy excited for his dinner and then to enjoy every bite is honestly one of the best parts. I whole heartedly recommend Pure, not only this it purely (hehe) meat, veg and fruits, but it smells amazing and my little boy has almost completely gotten over his fear of dinner times because it is just so tasty for him! For anyone wondering, his favourite flavours are game, turkey, and duck! Good luck and I hope your dogs enjoy it as much as mine does!

I tried pure as they were able to provide a diet for my dog with kidney disease but despite all efforts she wouldn't eat it.This is down to the disease as she has little appetite.The people at pure were so very helpful in suggesting ways. I am not blaming pure as my other dogs loved it I would recommend anybody to try it it's a brilliant way to feed your dog with all it requires Kay Milburn
We have really struggled to strike a balance of healthy versus tasty versus intolerance. Have literally tried every concoction, social media fad and even vet advice. We’ve finally got there with Pure. Oscar loves it. As with all The other things we have tried, we were sceptical, but we finally hit the jackpot. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
When I got my border collie Peggy , I tried her on soooo many different diets .. either she didn’t like it or it upset her stomach etc etc .. Then one Saturday we were in Salisbury market where a man had a stall promoting this PURE .. and started to chat to us .. and I thought “ oh here we go , what’s he trying to sell me !! “ but .. oh my goodness .. he changed our lives ( and Peggy’s ) for ever … Pure is simply the BEST ….Peggy goes crazy for it and her coat is magnificent .. in fact people actually stop us and ask us how we get such a beautiful glossy coat on Peggy !! So of course we tell them about Pure ..❤️It is so convenient as well being powder and also getting it delivered every month ( with Peggy’s name on , which is such a lovely personal touch ) and Pure wished her happy birthday and sent a pressie ..they take time to make you feel special .. So basically I could go on all day 😂 Thank you man in the market ( can’t remember your name .. but you were lovely and not pushy ) 😊 WE LOVE PURE ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Easy to order and change food. Good website easy to navigate. My pooch loves all the flavours and eats it all up. Excellent quality food and treats.
As always Pure Pet Food is perfect for my little Bonnie. She is a Bichon and very fussy. We tried other Pet foods but none of them match Pure Pet Food. Bonnie is always happy when it’s time for food Thank you so much for your products Cheers Alan Gregg & Bonnie
Very responsive customer service. I'm still feeding half and half so working through package slowly. This doesn't seem to be a problem. I do this because the powdered food doesn't look sufficient when Wilf has had kibble all his life.
