A great product, my dog loves it, speedy delivery and support. It is quite messy, you could build a house when this stuff dries out, but maybe my dog needs to just improve his bowl manners!

I started Barnie on pure when everything else failed He loves it so much, his bowl is licked clean everytime. His coat is beautiful and shiny, he has so much energy. its so simple to use and they have different recipes to try

Initially, I was reluctant to feed my dogs Pure . It didn't look like dog food - it looked more like baby food. But they both seem to enjoy it so I continued. My golden show cocker had put on weight since being spade, she started to lose weight. Both had glossy coats - I was impressed. 3rd order now and I'm really pleased. My dogs look healthy. I have given Pure pet food to my 2 puppies from the start they love the food. Delivery has always been good, but they were let down by EVRI who had my parcel for over a week but weren’t sending it out for delivery. I contacted their customer services who were so helpful, they sent my order out again by a different courier next day delivery. It arrived next day with no problem. Excellent customer service

My dogs absolutely love it. One of my dogs can’t tolerate any meat products and is usually stuck with plain kibble but he’s absolutely loving his new food. My other dog is loving the new variety of food. Customer service is great too, super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Really good service, good advice and instructions when starting service. Easy to use website with good email communication in regards delivery. Well packaged when delivered. Food goes down very well so I'm presuming tastes good.

Our dog loves pure. She suffered from an upset tummy but with Pure we have had no issues.

Great that I can alter the order for Sasha’s food to suit her needs. She, of course, would love to be given at least double her allowance. I am about to use the ice lolly recipe you gave out last summer. She absolutely loved the recipe. In fact I have just bought more moulds so I can make a double batch.

I found raw food too messy and awkward for trips out so I made the change to kibble. My puppy ate ok, but without much enthusiasm and often left food. Then I met Pure Foods at a stall at a Christmas market and after chatting to them tried a sample pack. I'm so pleased I gave it a go as my pup absolutely loves mealtime now- literally spinning around with excitement at mealtimes! It's also easy to handle and the quality shows in my girls glossy coat!

Pure customer service is great, food arrived 2 days early in great condition. I always use a delivery to renew Mabel’s supply of Strawberry Venison Hearts which she adores. The 5 packets arrived, they are not cheap but a reasonable price compared to some. However, on opening the large box, not only had the colour of packet changed, so had the size!!! Was 120g NOW only 70g - a 50g reduction. Product is exactly the same just so… much less! I will contact Pure directly but if no change - no more Strawberry Venison Hearts for Mabel 😢

I contacted the team as I wasn’t starting on Pure until I returned from holiday. The response was quick and efficient and they very kindly put my order back until I am able to start.

My pooch just did not like this "food". It's not nice at all and she let us know that. We left for 2 days before giving the normal food we fed before. She starved herself for those 2 days. Returning sniffing and walking away. She's not usually so fussy but she wasn't interested at all, that says alot about what might be in it! We cancelled on the final day before it was due to be dispatched and the company had already taken the money for another month (£46.15) and was refusing to refund or cancel that order claiming that it had already been packed and would be impossible to locate amongst the thousands of packages being dispatched! I wasn't born yesterday! I would avoid this company on the basis that they don't play ball when it doesn't work in their favour. They were trying to advise on how to get my dog to eat their product, like I don't know my own pooch! To eventually saying that the food will keep for up to 12 months (that says alot about it too. No wonder my little girl won't touch it). So they don't even recognise distance selling laws and refused to refund the order I'd cancelled.

When we first had our Newfie pup at 10 weeks, she would not eat the kibble recommended to us.. we tried other alternatives, then found Pure Pet Food.. I mixed with water to instructions but due to the texture she wasn’t sure, so I added more water creating a sloppy consistency - she ate every last bit & at 14 months she continues to do so licking the bowl clean. Emba has two favourite flavours so we stick with those & a few times a week we add some cooked veg such as broccoli, carrots on top of her food just to ‘mix things up’ a bit even though it’s not necessary. Another advantage of this type of food, they can’t ‘wolf’ it down helping them to eat slower.. Emba is a healthy dog with white teeth & a beautiful coat. I would recommend anyone to try it. Put my puppy on this when we first had her, and it sorted out all her poo problems. Her coat is beautiful and shiny and she loves her food. We rehomed a 13 month old and put her on this too, her coat is now soft and shiny and she looks so much healthier. The convenience of storage is great, especially when we go away as easy to pack and feed on route.

Great food and fantastic customer service. My dog loves her Pure food and her coat has never looked so healthy.

The deliveries really let down a great product

They have good staff who are are always ready to help with query’s they always tell you what’s not suitable if u have a pet with health problems I went with Purepet food when Coco was diagnosed with pancreatitis and needed a special diet she’s doing great now

Hi I had a problem with the amount of food given not being enough and Pure, after explaining this to them has put more in the packet and given me a discount! Very pleased with them and my dog lives the food!!
