No service available with guarantee
I was gutted to find the Bristol shop closure after coming back from my holidays. No notification was sent. I had 3 pure air pros which never had any issues other than puncture. I decided to take my scooter for checks before my guarantee expired and check that brakes etc was in good working order and safe to ride. Unfortunately I couldn't. After speaking to a representative on the phone I was told that I would need to send it to the London branch and that it would take up to a month to have it back and if there was nothing wrong with my scooter I would have to be charged the shipping costs! I could not wait that long without a scooter plus I found this so unfair when my guarantee was still in use, I asked for a local mechanic alternative and was told this was not an option. I could not believe how I was treated after being such a loyal customer. I am currently having electrical issues and it won't start it shows R8 fault and nobody seems to be able to repair this. Is just over a year old and with mileage up to 5 a day and have waisted money for new controller, new handlebars, cables and the issue persists. Really gutted this has happened since there are no competent mechanics to fix this.
