I have been using PSA Financial Services Limited for two years now following a recommendation to seek advice on ameliorating all of my work pensions. Raividas Jay has met with me to undertake a review of my pension plans and the trends for each year as my financial circumstances might change occasionally. The meetings are informal and are geared towards securing the best outcome for me rather than anyone else so is truly independent of other interests which is great. I would highly recommend them as a company and for the support their staff provide.

Plus que lamentable refus de stellantis de modifier une date de prélèvement pour le crédit voiture prélever le 31 le salaire est virer le 2 ou 3 donc découvert tout les mois 👎 malgré 3 appels et un courrier rien à faire je suspend le prélèvement et saisie le médiateur ce jour

La experiencia perfecta, Pascal el vendedor de Carza, muy atento, me ha acompañado en mi primera experiencia con un Peugeot 2008 híbrido automático, de momento la experiencia genial.

Todo genial

Lo mejor la atención de Jordi del concesionario Opel de Mataró. Sus explicaciones y seguimiento correctísimo. Acabo de comprar el coche así que espero todo siga bien.

Rude and useless customer service

Rude and useless customer service. I HAVE been waiting since February for a claim it is now April only to find out it's been refused. The customer Service Rita or Riza is so rude she won't listen to you. She doesn't let you talk and finish your sentence. No respect, I paid for this rubbish for 3 years and now they don't even get back to you without you continuoesly chasing them. Horrible company, they don't even know what they are talking about. I Am not using them again and will definitely not recommend. I NEVER LEAVE A NEGATIVE COMMENT BUT RITA OR RIZA WAS SHOUTING AT ME LIKE A CHILD. WHAT THE Fxxx IS THAT? I'M PAYING YOU FOR THIS SERVICE. Never again don't be fooled you've been warned.

so disrespectful and rude keep well away always ask that you are not being financed by these as they are all patronising rude people who will not help you whats so ever, so if you want that special car try and get a different finance company to back it. Mainly Peugeot and DS user

Horror

A horror Avoid, they are not replying to anything I am ignored every time They requesting money for non existent agreement. Citroen sales man did not explain anything , I will be contacting Citroen as they have sold me this agreement. Which was a big error ... Jezeli ktos czyta to po polsku to powiem tylko ze same problemy sa z ta firma, koszmarny costumer service, nie odpisuja na moje pytania i zadaja pieniedzy za cos co zostalo zaplacone. Zostalem tak jakby oszukany przez sprzedawce w citroenie Brentford poniewaz zatail badz nie poinformowal mnie o niczym... Van zostal calkowicie splacony a oni dalej pienedzy chca... Zenada, najgorsze ze ciezko cos z tym zrobic bo nie ma jak isc do biura i wziac sie za nich bo przez pandemie so pochowani w domach nie wiadomo gdzie . Absolutie nie polecam nawet wrogowi !

I blame myself for being fooled by “the…

I blame myself for being fooled by “the nice man on the phone” and entering into a contract with PSA finance. Their customer service is difficult to communicate with in that you might as well be talking to a robot. The people on the phone will just tell you the same thing over and over and will not deviate from their script. There is no flexibility whatsoever in the contract, so make sure you really read that you are agreeing to and do not take the salesman word for anything. They try to sound like they are trying to listen, they say a few nice words but then remind you that YOU agreed to this. They will not accept ANY discussion or information to the contrary. I will certainly never use this company or enter this sort of agreement again. I will have to chalk this one up to an expensive lesson!

PSA Free2Move - don't move

Used Free2move lease - PSA to lease a van for our company. I'm usually a happy customer and wouldn't feel the need to write a negative review. I'm more likely to write a positive one. In this case though, I feel the need to share that I wouldn't ever use this company again. Customer service is terrible. It takes weeks/months to have something processed if it's a customer request plus lots of chasing. But if there is a fee to be paid the request is quick to arrive and with a very short timescale on payment. Having an email to say 'Thank you for confirming that you are satisfied with our response to your complaint. We now consider your complaint to be resolved' is simply not true - at no point had we confirmed we are satisfied. We are most certainly not satisfied! There are so many conditions and loopholes that its easy to to fall foul. I would think twice if you are considering using this company.

DO NOT USE, THEY REFUSE TO HONOUR LEGAL DOCUMENTS

Took payment holiday for 6 months due to risk of redundancy, after six months due to working from home wanted to decrease mileage to 2000 a year PSA confirmed this was fine sent me documents to sign saving me £160 and ensuring I kept my job by taking a pay cut due to the savings made, PSA then collected full amount and now refuse to honour the document I have signed I have logged a complaint I am living off my overdraft for first time in my life due to psa refusing to honour a legal document which both myself and they signed

Customer service non-existent.

Customer service non-existent. Contacted them by email took over a week to receive a response which didn't actually answer my question. Asked the same question again and over three weeks later still no reply. Certainly wouldn't deal with them again.

Shockingly Bad

Having not been able to work through any of the lockdowns, i had to take payment holidays, but the interest PSA charge is shocking. Absolutely no use talking to PSA about it as they dont care about their customers. The irony is when you ring PSA they are shut because of the lockdown & working from home. Not all of us can do that.... Also i came across this on the internet: In determining whether a 3 month payment deferral is obviously not in customers’ interests, firms should consider both customers’ need for immediate temporary support and the longer-term effects of a payment deferral on the customer’s situation, in particular the customer’s ability to repay any accrued interest once the payment deferral ends, and over what period. The interest rate and remaining term will be among the relevant considerations. For example, a payment deferral would obviously not be in customers’ interests if it would give the firms’ customers a greater overall debt burden compared to other solutions (that might involve reduced or waived interest for example) that could equally meet customers’ needs and that debt burden would be clearly unsustainable.

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with, I do not know how they can think it’s acceptable to train their staff to speak to people so rudely on the phone.I don’t know what phone calls they use for training purposes but I think they all need retraining on customer service.
