The meetings are informal and are geared towards securing the best outcome for me rather than anyone else so is truly independent of other interests which is great.
I would highly recommend them as a company and for the support their staff provide.

PSA Credipar refuse les ordres des Clients. J'ai soldé un crédit à un taux proche de celui de l'usure. PSA Credipar a d'office, sans ordre, résilié les contrats d'assistance et d'entretien, en m'informant que je dispose de 3 mois pour les remettre en service. A ma demande de réactivation PSA Credipar a refusé d’exécuter. J'ai perdu 9 mensualités payés pour rien et payé la révision d'avril 2022 de ma poche.
J'ai porté réclamations par lettre avec AR à "PSA Relations Clients", le service des réclamations de PSA France. Au bout d'un mois aucun retour. Ce service semble plutôt du genre "Pompes funèbres" et destiné a enterré les réclamations.
Evolution en Juillet 2022 :
Je reçois fin juillet un courrier ou PSA dans sa grande bonté accepte de réinstallé le contrat.... Si je paye les mensualités pendant lesquelles PSA, de sa propre initiative, a résilié le contrat..
En se faisant payer toutes les mensualités non prélevées, PSA se devrait d'effectuer la révision d'Avril 2022 pour remplir ses obligations contractuelles.. Cela ne le sera pas car déjà fait et à mes frais.
En conclusion PSA refuse d’exécuter les ordres de ses clients, et rétroactivement facture des prestations non effectuées et qui ne le seront jamais...
I could not fault the service from ENIOLA. It really was amazing. He we above and beyond to help us with a new car. Kept us up to date as all times. I couldn't have asked for me.
Appalling service- be very careful when your contract comes to an end! They take payments they are not owed and take forever to pay you back.
Dreadful customer service. Poor attitude with support. Take forever to respond to queries. Never had such poor customer service from a finance company.

If only there was less than 1 star. I tried to purchase my vehicle at the end of my pcp contract with them (contract originally signed up 4 years ago through the citroen garage), I kept getting repeated calls for inspection and collection of my vehicle but when trying to contact psa (through the form on their website which is the only option available) I get an automated reply that I will hear from them in 3 days - 6 weeks and 4 forms and a 35minute phone call later and no, I did not ever hear from them let alone 3 days later. Ended up having to go through manheim the inspection company to actually get hold of psa to confirm the purchase at end of contract process. Terrible company AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company should be avoided at all costs. They do not communicate, they do not help, they do not listen and then they lie.
I have had a complaint open for 6 weeks and for the entire time I have had no vehicle. The vehicle has been deemed unsafe by the manufacturer so why do the finance company have the authority to override this?
I know the response time is 8 weeks but how can it be possible after dealership, manufacturer and independent investigations have all taken place that they still 'have no update'.
If you want your sanity, don't even entertain taking finance out with this company,
