I have been using PSA Financial Services Limited for two years now following a recommendation to seek advice on ameliorating all of my work pensions. Raividas Jay has met with me to undertake a review of my pension plans and the trends for each year as my financial circumstances might change occasionally. The meetings are informal and are geared towards securing the best outcome for me rather than anyone else so is truly independent of other interests which is great. I would highly recommend them as a company and for the support their staff provide.

Plus que lamentable refus de stellantis de modifier une date de prélèvement pour le crédit voiture prélever le 31 le salaire est virer le 2 ou 3 donc découvert tout les mois 👎 malgré 3 appels et un courrier rien à faire je suspend le prélèvement et saisie le médiateur ce jour

Todo genial

Lo mejor la atención de Jordi del concesionario Opel de Mataró. Sus explicaciones y seguimiento correctísimo. Acabo de comprar el coche así que espero todo siga bien.

Thank you Robins & Day Hatfield …

Thank you Robins & Day Hatfield for a totally stress free experience when buying a car recently. The Sales Executive was thorough, caring, professional, patient and knowledgeable and it was a total pleasure to deal with him. The after sales experience from him was also great when we had a couple of things we needed clarification on. Cannot recommend him enough. After all, any organisation is only as good as the individual you are dealing with. People are the greatest asset an organisation can have.

Fuyez ..

Fuyez ... Citroën impose de prendre un crédit pour pouvoir bénéficier du contrat d'entretien, ce qui est déjà en soi un abus. Mais le pire est après : j'ai soldé mon crédit par un chèque déposé chez Citroën Vannes. Celui-ci a bien été débité, mais les prélèvement continuent ... 3 prélèvements et malgré 3 réclamations (PSA fait en sorte de rendre difficile de déposer une réclamation) et une promesse de réponse dans les 3 jours, aucune réaction autre que le prélèvement automatique qui continue. Que fait l'autorité des banques ? Cette rétention et ces prélèvements abusifs sont pénalement répréhensifs.

This company are awful

This company are awful, avoid them at all costs! They use a bullying, hounding and scaremongering approach. They text, email and send letters continuously when your contract ends even when you have paid all fees due! They cause nothing but misery and unhappiness to all their customers! They even tried to charge me £250 for the cars MOT being late when the garages weren’t even open because of covid and I couldn’t get it booked in for months!

FUYEZ et n'acceptez pas les prélèvements !

Parcours du combattant pour résilier, une horreur! Les prélèvements automatiques sur mon compte continuent alors que j'ai réussi à résilier le contrat au bout de plusieurs semaines. Credipar me doit toutes les mensualités prélevées à tort et au contraire de me rembourser mon dû ils continuent à prélever mon compte ! Des mois que j'essayais de résilier mon contrat d'entretien Citroën. Ils ne tenaient pas compte des documents envoyés, et me les réclamaient sans arrêt. Opérateurs téléphoniques différents qui reprenaient à zéro le dossier. J'ai cru devenir folle... A éviter ABSOLUMENT, service déplorable.

Service client injoignable

Service client injoignable! Et lorsque j’arrive à avoir un conseiller par téléphone, il est incompétent car fait semblant de ne pas répondre à ma demande et me raccroche au nez. C’est inadmissible ! Ne prenez jamais un véhicule en LOA chez eux !!!!!

Sold our car and the garage paid PAS…

Sold our car and the garage paid PAS finance. They kept the money and did not pay it off the account. Only when we eventually got hold of them did they clear the finance. All the time they kept demanding the monthly payment even though they had the money in their bank. Do not touch this company

Direct Debit Guarentee Rules

Have broken Direct Debit Guarentee Regs, by taking money out of our business account - end of lease for admin fees going back as far a December 21 - Feb 22. Chap on the phone thought that their (PSA) terms and conditions allowed them to do this, which is correct if the admin fee was taken on time, but not correct if it is outside of the DD timeframe for collection after you have notified your client (us) of a) the amount due and b) when you intend to take it. You cannot treat your clients accounts like a money pit and just dip in when you want to irrespective of a contract - which is totally void as the DD rules and conditions supercede PSA's contract. DD rules are there to protect customers not to satisfy vendors. Spoke to my Bankers today who verified that PSA actions where incorrect and an Indemnity Claim would be 100% valid to reclaim what they have took without prior notification.
