I have been using PSA Financial…

I have been using PSA Financial Services Limited for two years now following a recommendation to seek advice on ameliorating all of my work pensions. Raividas Jay has met with me to undertake a review of my pension plans and the trends for each year as my financial circumstances might change occasionally. The meetings are informal and are geared towards securing the best outcome for me rather than anyone else so is truly independent of other interests which is great. I would highly recommend them as a company and for the support their staff provide.

Plus que lamentable refus de stellantis de modifier une date de prélèvement pour le crédit voiture prélever le 31 le salaire est virer le 2 ou 3 donc découvert tout les mois 👎 malgré 3 appels et un courrier rien à faire je suspend le prélèvement et saisie le médiateur ce jour

Lo mejor la atención de Jordi del concesionario Opel de Mataró. Sus explicaciones y seguimiento correctísimo. Acabo de comprar el coche así que espero todo siga bien.

Credipar et PSA a fuir

Une catastrophe. A fuir. Mon véhicule a été vandalisé. Je suis artisan et j'avais besoin d'un véhicule, les pièces n'était pas disponible. Le garagiste me propose de racheté le véhicule mais lorsqu'on m'a vandalisé le véhicule, on m'a volé la carte grise. Crediper, PSA, ne sont ni joignable ni compétant. Un coup on nous dit que l'on a pas le droit de racheté le crédit ensuite on a le droit. Impossible de refaire la carte grise. Credipar ne répond pas et ce contente de me mettre en recouvrement car la voiture étant aux mains du garagiste depuis 6 mois, j'ai bloqué les prélèvements. Puis je reçois un mail, il vont venir reprendre le véhicule alors qu'il ont les infos du service recouvrement que le véhicule est au garage, réparer mais que le garage ne peux rien en faire sans carte grise. C'est enfin un huissier qui devait récupérer le véhicule qui va faire le travail de credipar. On va voir dans les jours qui suivent leur réactions. Plus jamais d'achat avec credipar. Injoignable, incompétent et aucun moyen de les contacter. A fuir

Bonjour j’ai effectué une LOA auprès de PSA finance Location pour 3 ans. Ne voulant pas garder le véhicule , les problèmes ont commencé. Ils ont essayé d’encaisser le montant global de rachat ( heureusement j’avais bloqué le mandat de prélèvement auprès de ma banque) . J’ai reçu plusieurs lettres me demandant de régler cet achat (alors que je les avais prévenu que je ne rachetais pas le véhicule) et cerise sur le gâteau même après avoir rendu le véhicule et fourni une preuve de restitution je reçois à nouveau une lettre me demandant de régler cet achat... No comment...

service relation client inexistant

Je demande l'échéancier pour demander la prime à la conversion et rien.... le service client (01 46 39 66 33) est fermé en raison d'un problème technique, le numéro relation client (01 47 48 21 13) fermé jusqu'au 19/08 et le tchat en ligne impossible on attend une plombe pour finalement vous avertir qu'aucun conseiller n'est disponible. Par mail on vous renvoi un lien valable 48h et délai de traitement 5 jours ouvrés. Réponse au bout de 5 jours : c'est pas nous ! En fait je vais perdre ma prime....

Terrible company don’t touch them!!!! They had me in a 16 month contract when I signed a 36 month contract with Kia so they don’t match admitted an error on their part, claimed I didn’t pay for 5 months but when I sent proof they admitted they was wrong. To add insult to injury the staff are rude horrible and aggressive and then to put the cherry on the cake even after months of proving each payment has always been made they tried to take my car of the drive for non payment. I am currently going through the financial conduct authority and proceeding with taking them to court. Do not waste your time your money or your energy with this company

AVOID THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY..

What a joke of a company. Purchased a vehicle through this finance company a few months back and have so many problems with the car so turned to these for help and advise. All I received was attitude from Christian, shouting at me, telling me that basically it's my problem not theirs. So I am stuck with a car that's not roadworthy and get the pleasure of paying £10,000 for the privilege. I have taken this to the financial ombudsman so hopefully they can help.
