First rate service. Got the parking pass to me as advertised, well ahead of the Super Bowl. No muss; no fuss.

I have not ordered tickets online too often, but their site made it easy. I was a bit annoyed when they had to talk to me before my order went through, but I do understand they were just double checking identity and there is NOTHING wrong with that.
Best ticket experience ever. I got my ticket exactly when I was told I would get them. I saw Les Miserable with my 16 old son. He was very impressed with the show. Now he wants to see more if Broadway...
I have never felt so ripped off in my entire life. 9 friends and I bought tickets to see our college team in the NCAA Sweet 16 Tournament at MSG. It's old news now that these tickets have reached records breaking costs. We bought our tickets on the Sunday prior to our event (Friday 3/28) and were informed 2 days before the game that Prominent Tickets no longer had our tickets (I'd like to know where they went). The 100% guarantee I see on your website is NOT the service I received. I'd like to break down the statements made in that guarantee; Your tickets will arrive in time for the game; They never arrived, they were held out on us for 4 days until we were told they didn't have them. Your tickets will be legitimate and valid for entry; it doesn't seem legitimate when you're told TWO DAYS before the event that Prominent Ticket no longer has the tickets. Your tickets will be the ones you ordered or better: Well I don't have tickets and I recall ordering 10, so their not mine and they are CERTAINLY not better!!! You will be fully refunded if the event is cancelled and not rescheduled; THE EVENT IS IN TWO DAYS! AS FAR AS I KNOW IT'S STILL ON AND I DON'T HAVE TICKETS. I am still getting a refund but not under the circumstances that would warrant one. All I wanted was to be at this event on Friday 3/28 and instead I will still be fuming over the disgusting treatment my friends and I were given from Prominent Tickets. There are no words to describe the horrid business practices shown by Prominent Tickets.
All is as promised and great prices
Great place to buy tickets. I've purchased here about 10 times.
Found the information, on the web while looking for Super Bowl tickets. I read in an article that they had the lowest markup in the secondary market. I compared them with all the other ticket brokers and found that to be true. Once purchased, their customer service was excellent, and they kept me very up to date on where and when I would be getting my tickets. Go hawks!
When ordering tickets for a NY Show, Prominent Tickets always takes care of your order immediately & responds within minutes. They always try to satisfy your request. I have never been disappointed with their service.
Customer Service was awesome.
Best price quick delivery . I had looked around at several prices from discount tickets. And found the best priced at prominent tickets. The tickets came immediately the email and I had no issues. Everything is exactly as it was supposed to be
I was happy with the service but am not really sure why there needs to be a $20.00 per ticket service and handling fee. That seems a little steep, it is bad enough that I am sitting far away from the stage, but now have additional fees. UGH
Timely and convenient
