Prominent always has a great inventory to choose from. Website is very user-friendly and the interactive map makes it very easy and a great way to find tickets. Prices are very competitive.
My purchase was very easy and I was informed what to do and where to go to receive my electronic tickets
I got two $14.00 tickets for 49.00. The transaction went smoothly and the tickets were picked up at the Will Call window at the event.
The company was great .I will order tickets again from them , they arrived on time , we're helpful on the phone and the seats were as promised.
Tickets were purchased at a fraction of the face value with instant download. Best online ticket purchase ever!!!!
I received excellent communication from Prominent Tickets. More than the usual confirmation, etc. They kept on top of my order; let me know they would be shipping, let me know when they were shipped and the tracking information, let me know when the attempts for my ticket deliveries were made, and let me know when and where to pick up my tickets or how to connect with FedEx to ensure I received my tickets. Afterward I received follow up emails to ensure I received my tickets and that I was satisfied. This vendor was very efficient and great to work with!
The agent was pleasant, extremely helpful and as stated had the tickets delivered as promised on time.
Great Transaction, quick shipping.
My tickets were purchased online and delivered to my door with in 4 days. Highly recommended company. Barb
This is the second time I have used them and I am very happy with their services. The prices are good and they have always given me very good seats.
What more can be said
i would reommend this site to anyone. The ticket prices were less than all the other sites I visited. Their security is commendable and their service was rapid. I had the tickets in my hand within a few days.
we loved seeing him on tues. he is still so awesome. our seats were great too. thanks again for a wonderful nite.
Perfect, very fast and professional
Great concert. Great prices. Hoping to get great discounted New Jersey Devils tickets !!
adding 1/3 the ticket price in added fees seems excessive, but the verification process after the purchase, to get the tickets is absurd.
I used this company for the first time and was very satisfied. I would certainly use them again
Love this tickets were sent instantly and extremely cheap
I appreciated the services, the outstanding attendance and fair prices.
Website is easy to use. Pick up in Glen Rock is so quick and easy and better yet, free! Employees are always friendly and ready to help (in person or over the phone) if there are any questions or concerns. I've never had a problem using prominent.
