Prominent Tickets Reviews

Ticket prices are up front with no surcharges, handling, printing or other fees tacked on to ticket cost. Say goodbye to ridiculous fees.

I asked our hotel in Manhattan to try and get tickets for Springsteen at Madison Square Garden which was taking place a few hours later. They got tickets and i paid the same as people who had got them 2 months previously.

This is not my first experience with Prominent Tickets and, compared to other resellers, Prominent has been the easiest and most reliable. José was very helpful and pleasant. The tickets arrived exactly when promised. I will be calling him again.

No problems at all and we received great seats for an awesome price. Professional and right on time for the event.

All the fees are upfront, which is great (not that I like the fees). On some other sites, the price "looks" cheaper, but during the check-out process all the exorbitant charges are added. Often times this makes the total transaction more expensive. The service is excellent and this is the second time I have used Prominent and will do it again. Thanks!

Everyone is pleasant to work with. Ticket selections are great and are at very fair price. I won't buy anywhere else.

Fast and easy. The best

Very profession.. Always for easy to work with!

The response to my request for event was superior. Rebecca kept me informed on all aspects . will continue to use this site for future events.

Very easy to use and received tickets in a timely manner.

I ordered my tickets on Thursday Feb 19th at 0930am. Here it is Feb 21st at 700pm and I am still waiting delivery of my E Tickets that was suppose to be a birthday present for my nephew. His birthday is today and I don't have any tickets to show him just a confirmation that I bought them. Try explaining this to a 8 year old! Don't undestand why I am waiting so long for E Tickets, I should have been able to print them sooner than this! Oh, by the way you took my money on Thursday to purchase the tickets!

I enjoyed the ease of ordering the tickets however I did not enjoy the $55 charge for ordering from this site. I honestly would not use this service again solely on the service fee, I will just go to the box office to get my tickets next time.

Got my tickets fast an the process was easy only thing was the tickets cost me almost 2x what they sold for at the venue but oh well

Tickets were available as discussed. I found they were more costly than tickets purchased by others sitting next to us.

Delivered for the big game when many brokers did not. I would use them again. Service was great and folks were helpful.

I WAS LOOKING FOR SOME INDIANA UNIVERSITY BASKETBALL TICKETS. THEY WERE SOLD OUT ON THE INDIANA ATHLETICS WEBPAGE. I GOT PRINT AT HOME TICKETS VIA PROMINENT WHICH WAS GREAT AND A PARKING PASS ARRIVED VIA FED-EX IN 2 DAYS. PROMINENT FOLLOWED UP VIA E-MAIL AND PHONE TO MAKE SURE I RECEIVED EVERYTHING. EASY PROCESS, GREAT SERVICE, LOVE THE WALK IN STORE FRONT IN GLEN ROCK.

Very efficient and timely, and a pleasure to do business with

Received my tickets exactly as ordered very quickly.

Smooth service with regular updates, very pleased

Although the service was efficient, we were extremely disappointed when we received our tickets and saw that we paid almost double the face amount. We didn't question the price since the theatre linked us to the vendor. Had we known the face value of the tickets, we would NOT have purchased them.
