Great site for tickets to top events. I have used for basketball Sweet 16 and for Taylor Swift. The basket ball had to pick up at a will call site a block away from the event but was very easy. The Swift's were Fed Ex with in 4 days!

They answer calls they are curtious informative and patient! I've purchased tickets to several events in different venues and I've been satisfied with my results!! Looking forward to surprising my daughter w Ariana Grande tickets for Christmas and Prominent had exactly what I needed at the right price!! I would recommend them to anyone!

They only try to take your money. If something goes wrong, they are not responsible for anything, and you will never get your money back !!!! Horrible, horrible experience !!!!

Found tickets through prominenttickets.com listed on seatgeek. I purchased over $2,000 in tickets to an event. Nowhere on my original receipt does it say anything about tickets being subject to availability. 2 days after I purchased said tickets, I get an email with a new invoice where prominenttickets inserted language stating that the tickets I purchased were subject to availability. Per my discussions with them both before and after I returned their receipt signed via email, this was never brought up with me. I then get a call 2 days prior to the event taking place that my order couldn't be fulfilled. This is after several arrangements had been made to stay near the event taking place, and well after my credit card had been charged. As it turns out, the tickets I had purchased went up over 4x in value from the time I had purchased them. Prominenttickets.com said they would issue me a refund on my credit card but it would likely take over a week or more to have that refunded money available to me. When I inquired about getting the refund wired to me I was told no, even after I offered to pay their wire fee. This effectively priced me out of buying new tickets at the inflated prices because I would not have the refunded money available to me in time. To make matters worse, when I called the owner, Lance Patania, he lectured me on his unethical business practices in a condescending tone, offered no apology or any help to make right what is very clearly an unethical scheme that is still being perpetuated by this broker today. Upon speaking with seatgeek, they vehemently disagree with how this broker does business but I have yet to see prominent tickets get delisted from their site. If prominenttickets cared so much about their customers, there could have been a variety of ways to help solve the problem. The company listed several tickets in the same section I purchased mine in for much higher prices. Why weren't these offered? Why wasn't a refund offered to be made available immediately? Why wasn't I told earlier that the tickets I purchased didn't exist? Why does it say on prominenttickets.com that they own all of their tickets, but then I am told differently over the phone? They are quick to point out that offered a 200% refund yet the tickets are now more than 4 times the value of my initial purchase price. They could have easily pocketed the difference (over 4k) as profit if they did in fact have these tickets. If they didn't own the tickets, then why we're they listed on seatgeek.com as being so? Why does their website say they own all of their own tickets? I know of at least 4 others who used them as well for the same tickets, same event and they reneged on their purchased tickets as well. The whole point of exchanging money for tickets is to have tickets, not to have a broker try to fulfill my order AFTER exchanging money. I could have gone anywhere local to me to try to do that. The only thing I cared about was making the event and now I've actually been prevented from going because of prominenttickets.com. Bottom line, don't do business with shady brokerages who list slightly below value prices for tickets that they never actually owned. They took my money without hesitation but couldn't get it back to me with the same speed. For a place that has such "great customer service" you would think they care more about the end result for their customers.

I'm so happy I remembered Prominent Tickets, because after trying to buy Joan Rivers tickets directly from the venue where she is appearing and not finding the seats I wanted, I went to Prominent Tickets and got the seats I was hoping and wanting to get. The customer service was great and the pricing totally fair. After that, I went back to Prominent Tickets to get tickets to a Knicks game and again got great tickets along with great customer service and prices. They are my go to more and actually have gotten me more interested in seeing more shows/games. Highly recommend them.

I ordered tickets, sent you an air-bill because you requested an air-bill. You shipped me e-tickets. Why wouldn't you email the tickets vs shipping them? Nothing more unprofessional then shipping a client e-tickets.

I bought tickets to the Prince Tribute Concert in Minneapolis through Prominent Tickets. I was traveling from New Jersey after a Monday Holiday so the vendor was not open for business. I had to get on a plane without my E-Tickets which needed to printed! The entire time I had been in touch with Prominent Tickets about the situation and though they could not reach the vendor, assured me that I would have my tickets in time for the concert. The ticket agent was very pleasant, reassuring & calm. She made me feel confident that it would all be worked out once I arrived in Minneapolis at my hotel where I would be able to print my E-Tickets once the vendor sent them to me via email. I arrived at my hotel only two hours before the show but Prominent Tickets worked on the situation up to that time to get the tickets to me. Sure enough as promised, the tickets arrived, I printed them & felt relieved to have them in hand! The entire time, I felt that Prominent Tickets would come through for me and they did. I was impressed with the sales agent's diligence and professionalism. And as a consolation for my troubles, they upgraded my seats! I plan on using Prominent Tickets exclusively from now on!

I have purchased tickets over ten times from Prominent Tickets and have had excellent service everytime. Jennifer has been my go to agent and she always finds me a great price on JETS and METS Tickets and most importantly Jen returns phones calls immediately. Prices are competitive to all other "big name " online sites. Having a store front is also a great feature as you can actually speak to someone with questions or concerns. I have and will continue to recommend Prominent tickets to family and friends.

they are always helpful when I call or go there in person..great experience and help when I order tickets/parking passes . and the pick up instore is convinent.

Always - reliable, quick, friends etc

I was quoted a price of $26 for the same seats that were on their website for $20. I only got sort of a shrug and an excuse that didn't make sense. I then bought sports tickets via eticket but never received the email to print them. I went there and they were very accommodating and printed them for me right then. Only giving 3 stars because they were very customer service friendly on the phone and in person.

Booked wrong tickets by accident and they were more than happy to help me fix the issue. Very happy and will use again!
