Always spot on with their locations and obfuscation's. The only wish I had was for better tunnels when torrenting. This is still a 5 star service though.

Ik gebruik PIA al een jaar of zo en zeker zeer tevreden, voldoende opties en keuze in servers in alle bedenkbare landen, veilig, geen logbestanden, zeer snelle verbinding, ik heb standaard 1GB glasvezel, op mijn pc haal ik zeer goede snelheden met vpn aan, voor snelheid hoef ik de vpn niet uit te schakelen, in tegenstelling tot andere VPN providers waar de snelheid hoogsten een keer 200 of 250mb/s is. Dus zeker een aanrader. Update: qua snelheid, laatste speedtest met 1GBps verbinding haal ik met PIA ingeschakeld bij de laatste test 789Mbps download en 823Mbps upload, dus helemaal top dus daarom nu 5 sterren

Joined in August 2023 had few teething…
Joined in August 2023 had few teething problems but happy so continued past 30 day cancellation period.Now (November) I cant use itv x-bbc i player-channel 4 on my tv and PIA constantly blocks sites on my pc EG Currys.Contacted support "out of 30 day period"No refund

Doesn't work on majority of sites…
Doesn't work on majority of sites without a Captcha, can't use UK VPNs to even access things like Just Eat, Delivero and even Netflix. When it eventually does get through, connection is slow. You can speak to a real human, which is great, but you end up in a cycle of repetitive messages. Uninstalled and written my money off as they won't give me a refund, despite contacting them for support over 6 times.

The VPN service is as advertised. It is impossible to cancel services or stop automatic monthly payments.
The VPN service is as advertised and is 5 stars. I cancelled my service in May 2023 - the service tech indicated that the service would be terminated when my annual subscription ended at the end of June. It is now November and they have continued to deduct automatically from my account. I connected with the service department today and they told me it would end when my annual subscription ended in July 2024. They were aware of my cancellation in May 2023 and where unwilling to stop the payments nor give me access to their billing department directly. Very frustrating. I am now working with my mastercard company to arrange a stop payment.
