Always spot on with their locations and obfuscation's. The only wish I had was for better tunnels when torrenting. This is still a 5 star service though.

Excellent, easy-to-use VPN.
I was looking for a decent, cheap VPN and PIA came up as one of the top choices. I'm not very savvy when it comes to setting up these things, but it was very simple and user-friendly to install and after a little playing around, it was up and working almost immediately. I highly recommend this product.

Product was not for me, but very kind support and refunded without any hassle
I came from another VPN for iOS that I cancelled due to the pricing. I found a very nice offer for PIA VPN, and had read good reviews about it. I have nothing to complain about their desktop integration but I think I had a different idea of how it would work on iOS. So I decided to cancel and request a refund after a few days. Their support kindly asked for some details about my decision and my order number which I then gave them. Not less than 10 minutes after, my request was processed and they thanked me for my feedback.

Dedicated IP; Able to Access Programming in Countries that Block Generic IP Addresses
I have been able to not only watch programming in other countries like most VPN's offer, but with PIA's ability to dedicate a personal server in a country of my choosing I am able to watch one of my favourite television programmes on a streaming platform that otherwise would not allow a generic VPN to access. PIA has been a godsend.
