The brushes are fantastic quality - no complaints there. However, I had an issue with a damaged shipment and it took several emails to get a response from customer service. Once they did respond, they handled it well and sent replacements quickly. Just wish the initial communication was better.

Princetonbrush has an impressive range of brushes for different mediums. I found exactly what I needed for my oil painting class. However, their website is a bit clunky and searching for specific brush types takes longer than it should. The brushes themselves are top-notch though.
