Leigh Parker has been handling a number of interlinked projects for Kelsy Park Mansion. Her management of the contractors and process has been very efficient and effective including overcoming problems. She has been prompt and responsive and communicated clearly and in a timely manner. Excellent work all round
I recently reached out for assistance with a fob replacement, and Emily Forbes picked up my enquiry. She was quick to respond, professional throughout, and made the process clear and smooth. I truly felt heard and well taken care of. Thank you!
I received my management pack quickly and comprehensively. Jessica Gibson was a great help.

Jorja McDonald has been so helpful, particularly in dealing with a really tricky situation in our block that no property manager should be dealing with. Huge thanks Jorja!

My entire experience with Prime, across numerous managers and staff who I have always been fair and courteous with, has been atrocious. Near impossible to get a prompt reply or speak to someone, if you ask clear and fair questions you are lucky to receive 20% of it answered or responded to - that is, if they respond. They haven’t fixed a front door locking mechanism to my flats that has been broken for almost a year (I’ve lost count now) for which I’ve sent numerous emails with video evidence. The manager couldn’t/wouldn’t tell me when contractors came or were coming but said he’d come himself after stating that contractors came and found no issues. Expectedly, he hasn’t made any further contact months later and nothing has been done, putting all our security at risk. They also made a shamefully inaccurate attempted request for service charge for the 2023 tax year - where a dozen or so residences (which I was among) were being asked to pay a share of an overcharge well above £10,000 for ‘electricity costs’ which they *still* haven’t clarified or apologised for. I can evidence contact I made last year to which no response was made despite follow up despite promises being made by one woman on the phone who was at least polite. The turn over of managers has seen 3 in 2 years, all who have not got a clue. No accountability or genuine engagement with residents, nor attentiveness to our issues. Now they’re asking for extra money from me despite receipt of payment emails less than a month ago and no update regarding this tax years’ service charge despite promises and follow up last year. They use a separate email that goes to junk to try and sting you with administrative charges. Trustpilot unfortunately does not allow me to give 0 stars. I am genuinely bewildered as to whether any of the positive reviews of Prime are genuine, given everyone else I’ve spoken to where I live has had a bad experience and recognises Prime’s inability to communicate or give accurate accounts. This company is sadly another in a list of dodgy predatory management companies who evade accountability and their responsibilities, with profit their only consideration. They will hope their persistent incompetence leads residents to just give up trying to resolve issues then ask you to foot the bill for a severely lacking service. If you are a group of residents where Prime ‘manages’ property, I advise using your rights to get in another and hope they are better.

The property manager, Grace Rogers is excellent. She is always polite, efficient and highly professional. She answers email requests promptly and she has resolved many issues over the years. She is an excellent property manager. It would be helpful if all the staff at Prime Property Management could be as excellent and worked to such high standards as Grace Rogers. Thank you.

Bow made sure to produce an LPE1 within timescales and was very helpful in finding information to support the LPE1. I was particularly pleased as the development has just been taken on by Prime and lots of information is still feeding through, and the timescale fell over bank holidays. Thanks for a personable and efficient experience!

I live in a block of apartments Prime have recently taken over the facilities management and their first task they decided was important was to remove unused bikes from the private parking area. They claimed to have sent an email to all residents to explain that any unclaimed bikes would be removed unless they had a RED TAG on them which would be handed out to residents; there was no email and unless you asked the caretaker you never received any RED Tags either. They left note on a notice board that nobody ever looks at saying that bikes would be removed but there was no mention of red tags or emails. A few days ago a group of gentleman turned up in a van and removed any bikes without a red tag on including children’s bikes they cut several locks and the locks they couldn’t cut they just left the wheel behind and took the remainder of the bike. The family below us had 6 bikes taken which included 4 children’s bikes. When the mother of the family asked for her bikes to be returned she was told that if she could provide photographic evidence that the bikes belonged to her she would be allowed to come and collect. The caretaker contacted the representative from Prime to ask her to put a stop to it because many people were not aware of this and she refused. This is an ongoing issue and as residents our next steps is to call the police.
