Genny was very helpful resolving a credit issue which was quite straightforward but was taking a long time with the back and forth. Highly recommend. Also Rosie Glen, has put in a real shift to ensure the Waleorde Road properties are kept in tip top shape. Whilst most properties have their own issues, dealing with very difficult residents / directors has been an extra burden on Rosie, and she has managed to manoeuvre it with great skill, tact and professionalism. Further due to the central London location, there has been way more exposure to crime and vandalism at this property and she has worked with the directors to navigate the situation and put in place counter-measures for the future. Rosie is a real unsung hero in traditionally a very difficult industry, and should definitely be commended for her efforts

I just want to say fantastic customer service from Jorja Macdonald at prime property. I noticed a issue with external gates in our property and reported it to her. In less then 24 hours she sent out contractors and had it fixed. Always helpful with a friendly and polite manner.

Thus review is regarding a water leak in the floor above which had resulted in heavy staining on my ceiling. Hannah Grey from Prime was helpful in sourcing and contacting a person who would assess the damage and paint the ceiling. Her responses were slow at times, but she was quick to find an alternative after the first guy kept postponing the date and ignoring my messages. Overall good experience and end result.
