We found Prestige ride to be an exceptional chauffeur service. The online team were extremely responsive to my enquiries and easily facilitated my booking which I had to make from overseas. At every stage of communication they were expedient in responding to my questions that sought to problem solve a unique and difficult situation that we were required them to problem solve for us. Not only did they prove to be totally trustworthy and fulfilled every requirement of the long airport transfer that we required (over 1.5 hr trip) but they arrived prior to time to ensure that we were able to crucially meet our connecting flights. It is without hesitation that I recommend Prestige ride as THE chauffeur service for short as well as long distance travel. An extremely professional business focused on achieving the unique needs of the customers.

Excellent service!! Prestige does a great job with communication, I was really impressed how smooth my pick up at Newark Airport was today. Beautiful, clean Suburban was a little unexpected as I booked a sedan, felt like a star!

I highly recommend this company. They were fantastic. Our driver Sid was great too. Communication with the company was amazing. They were early picking up and very helpful with the luggage. Plenty of room for tons of luggage and we were even able to have car seats in the car when it arrived. Couldn’t expect more.

I contracted them for a corporate trip with senior leadership, handling the round-trip transportation of 15 people on different days and times. Both the phone and email service were perfect. They reply almost instantly and were flexible with various changes requested by the team. The cars are outstanding. A noteworthy detail: one of the passengers forgot a sweater on the first trip, and on the return, they very kindly returned it by contacting him directly.
