outstanding, professional service
Best company ever!!!
I booked Prestige Ride from Midway airport to Downtown Chicago. Customer service was excellent and Nick, the rep, picked up our family from inside the aiport from the baggage carousel. He was very courteous and helped us out with our luggage. The vehicle was waiting for us outside the aiport door as soon as we got out. There were 6 adults and a six month old infant in our group and the Sprinter Van was more than spacious for us and our luggage. Our driver was excellent as well. Highly recommended!
Syed was absolutely wonderful and thoughtful driver. Great experience per usual. I will be using you for all of my upcoming trips!! Much appreciated! Thank you!
Excellent service, our driver was on time and got us to NYC safely. We had a great trip!
Arrived early. Classy car, clean. Well dressed polite driver
Our driver was awesome. He gave us great recommendations for our stay in NY. Very communicative when finding us for pick up from the airport. Will definitely be using again!
Excellent service with wonderful driver!
First time using this service. It was a gift from daughter to get from Ohare in Chicago. It was great getting into a lemo with warm heated seats in the winter. Eduardo our driver was perfect, he navigated us through a traffic snarl reducing our ETA from 75 minutes to less than 30 minutes actual. Highly recommended service.
Singh our driver was great. He contacted us on arrival at JFK and we let him know when we had our baggage. The Suburban was clean and we had waters waiting. It was stop and go traffic for 2 hours from JFK to Chelsea, but Singh kept it very smooth. Looking forward to our ride back to the airport (after a great vacation)!
Very professional, great service, great communication, and vehicles are well kept. I will continue to use Preige Ride.
We were very fortunate to have Mohammed and Faycal as our driver during our visit to New Jersey for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Extremely professional and kind. They are officially apart of our family. I recommend them for any transportation needs you may have. A wonderful experience. The best service ever Service provided: 11/29 - 12/1 In The Spirit Of Community
Great experience, on time and polite driver
Great company I have used them in New York and now in Atlanta. They are easy to book and show up on before time very professional. I don’t believe I will utilize any other company.
We had an excellent experience using prestige ride. Sid was our driver and he was timely, professional and kind. Would highly recommend and will be using this service again.
Excellent service, Quick and responsive to my booking, very helpful advice on the time needed to clear customs, and great pick up experience with helpful, friendly and professional driver.
Top notch customer service and driver Sid was the best. In fact I requested for him because my kids loved his personality and we decided to hire prestige again while in NY to take us around NY as we made stops. Highly recommended for transportation service. They are also very well priced. Our flight was delayed and I called prestige and they told me that they already are tracking my flight. When we arrived our driver Sid was waiting for us and he was very pleasant. We had a good conversation all the way to our hotel. They are also picking us to drop us at the airport once our trip is over. Thank you Presrige for great customer service and putting your customers needs first.
On time, helpful and polite. Great experience!
Great experience and will use again!
