great service, car was brand new which complimented the experience. Followed up my trip arrival timing to avoid any delays ….. driver greeted me the time airplane touched the ground…. highly recommended. Prestige Ride bravo for a job well done
Great experience from booking to drop off. Would definitely use Prestige Ride again!
Good experience, only reason for 4 stars is driver was not waiting with sign. Otherwise very professional very kind. Would recommend.
Great experience. Robert was excellent. Prompt, efficient, professional. Vehicle was super clean. All things told, it couldn;t have been any better. We wont hesitate to call upon Prestige next time in NYC
Reza was excellent. He was very professional and assisted us with everything we needed. Highly recommend this service
I booked a 27 minute one way ride and received a very reasonable quote. However, in my Notes for Chauffeur, I mentioned that it was for transportation for the grand exit for my wedding. They replied that since it is for an event, I would be required to book for four hours, more than double what I was quoted. I decided to book with Blacklane instead, which has a really nice app and user interface. tl;dr don't mention it's for your wedding unless you're ready to pay the wedding tax.
I am looking to get reimbursed for an additional charge of $100 that was made to my credit card. Our flight was delayed from Germany to BWI and we updated your company by email ( with responses) and by text to the driver. The latest update was that the plane would land at 1000 pm and we could be picked up after 1115 pm to give us time to get through customs, get all of our bags and dog crate, and then move outside. We were charged an extra $100 with your company stating we were late for a 10pm pickup. This info was incorrect and needs to be corrected. As a military family traveling on orders, this is mit the way we expected to be treated and taken advantage of. If anything, we should be getting a discount as we handled most of our own luggage, not the driver.
Amazing experience, excellent communication and very professional driver. We went for a concert and it was a seamless trip and our driver Saeed was great!
Great Service and quick response. My Driver Dustin was very responsive and made sure all passengers were comfortable and and all bags were packed with care. He also communicated llocation and was texting prior to arrival. Great service and clean car.
Excellent communication. I had so many issues with the flight and changed my arrival several times. Communication was very fluent to adapt to all the constant changes. Driver Sid also very accommodateting and flexible. Would definitely use this services again.
Driver was fantastic communicated his pickup plans with us when at the airport. He even arrived early when our plane landed 30mins early.
Great experience! Will definitely use again!
Driver was very professional and arrived right on time. Pleasant ride to our destination and he slowed down for the bumpy roads through Germantown area. Will being using Prestige again.
Driver was on time and very polite. Great driving also.
Our driver was great: on time, helpful, and willing to stop for a pitstop. His car was very clean and he had charging cables for our phones.
Our driver was on time, courteous, and extremely helpful. He drove very carefully. I would highly recommend using this company. I found them on Google and was a little nervous about using a company that I had never had the experience with, but they exceeded my expectations.
The service we received from Prestige rides was exceptional. Nick was very professional and our car was pristine. Highly recommend their service and will use again.
