Excellent service in the Chicago area. SUV was new and very clean. . Freddy was very professional and courteous giving our family’s circumstances. The staff was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommend.
great professional service. beautiful vehicle.
Reserved a 12pm time slot to make sure driver wasn’t waiting. He noticed flight was early and by the time we made it to baggage claim he was already there. Easily could have kept the request I made and be there at 12pm but instead they watched the flight and were there 40 minutes earlier than I booked. Made the wait time ZERO instead of us (at my fault) waiting 40 minutes. Great service. Highly recommend.
Polite driver, clean car, excellent service
My driver was on time and communicated promptly. Very pleasant ride to EWR very early in the morning.
Comfortabilty with our driver. Courteous yet appropriately conversational. Very helpful in his recommendation of where to go in NYC
So far so good! I have made 3 trips with them so far. My driver has been early each time and exactly where he said he would be. IAH is a nightmare and he made the journey a comfortable process especially after a long flight. Another point C/S responds with a prompt email if you have a question. I asked loads of questions and they answered promptly. Plus there is a 10% discount on return trips automatically added! Yipee
Driver was waiting when we landed, very professional and friendly! Fantastic service! Would recommend for sure
On time pickup with sparkling clean SUV. A safe and confident driver made the trip into Manhattan enjoyable.
I’ve had thousands of rides and Driver Nima was excellent. Smooth ride despite awful traffic.
On time pickup. Beautiful car. Great driver. Smooth arrival at DFW.
My Driver Sam was very professional, on time, very respectful, and very joyful. They were very organized and verified the reservation and confirmed all the necessary information ahead of the day. overall great customer service and exceptional experience. Thank you

Our experience with Prestige Ride has been excellence. Our flight was early at LaGuardia but the Prestige driver was also early so everything was perfect. Very polite and helpful. On the return from Long Island the driver also was early to make sure that we made our flight. Nice gentleman. Highly recommend!
Sydney was so helpful. So quick to get me information details and everything. I would recommend your service to anyone. Love it and I live in NYC. Wish we had you.
Trina, our driver, was incredibly professional. The time we purchased ran over by two hours, and she very happily waited for us. We were all so impressed and deeply grateful. Her driving was perfect, and she was extremely courteous.
Once again Prestige was spot on! Professional and stellar drivers make this Luxury Car Ride company my very favorite. Reasonable pricing and wonder drivers. Highly recommend for your traveling needs.
This was the best service I have used for a car. The driver was early and patient and very professional. The car was immaculate. I would highly recommend prestige ride. You won’t be disappointed
Do you want a ride where the driver pulls into the wrong lane at ORD for pickup and is getting yelled at by the cops and rushes picking you up? And while rushing he leaves the back end open while trying to drive off and your computer bag drops out and you have to yell at him to stop? You get out to get your computer bag and discover your computer screen is broken. He apologizes while getting a ticket for being in the wrong lane and blocking traffic while cussing at the police. Khadyatillo gets you and your family to your downtown hotel, apologizes again and says he will file a claim with the limo company. After your business trip, you immediately get the screen fixed and call the limo company and they state the driver did not submit any claim. The limo company takes 3 days to investigate, you submit the $190 bill to fix the screen (not the entire computer - they should consider themselves lucky), and the manager wants to argue with you and only initially offer you $100 for the damage. Manager comes back and says the most they can offer is $150. If this is the kind of crappy customer service you enjoy out of your limo company who does not stand behind the damage caused by their employee to the client, then this is the limo company for you! After speaking to the manager and telling him I will give a bad review and is the $40 difference worth it and he didn’t care, here we are! I hope multiple people reads this review and goes with another limo company and the loss the company feels is much greater than $40 they saved not standing behind the damage their employee caused.
