Parcel returned from Royal mail

Parcel returned from Royal mail. Post office staff did not know why although they had completed the CN22 and I signed it. The parcel came back after 7 weeks with a CN15(b) form on the returned parcel. After 15 minutes, they sent me off with a contact number that could not help. Poor service. Visit an alternative post office if you want your post to be delivered.

My local Postman is great BUT when it…

My local Postman is great BUT when it comes to parcels they do not come any where near the time that they are due such as 9:30 11:45. It it ALWAYS well into the afternoon. This makes it impossible to plan. I have commitments which I am willing to work around but NOT the WHOLE DAY. If you say you will deliver between these time THEN YOU SHOULD. On top of that it's the same guy - who's not too friendly - it's like you have disturbed him by having a parcel delivered.

Long Ashton Post Office, Bristol

Long Ashton Post Office is an incredible business. Always have anwers, always helpful, polite and they get the job done for you!

Possibly the worst delivery company in…

Possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. The regular guys are great who deliver your letters, however, when you have a parcel being delivered not letters, it never arrives on time, the time slots are too long as well, and when they stick a note via your door they don't tell you what neighbour they left it with and the item reference on the last two were incorrect. I have heard they use agencies workers to deliver parcels. They clearly need more training. Lastly trying to get hold of anyone to speak to is like trying to speak to Pope.

I had a terrible experience at this…

I had a terrible experience at this post office. The staff were incredibly rude and insisted that I bring my parcels to the counter, only to later refuse to accept them, claiming it's for the well-being of their staff. They wouldn't even pick up light, small parcels, which is basic service. Save yourself the trouble and go to another post office; this one clearly doesn't understand its role as a parcel shop. Avoid wasting your time here. Avoid this place if you're handling a large number of parcels like Evri; they refuse to accept them and give excuses about space, despite having ample room, unlike the Post office. This incident happend in the Ealing Northolt Branch.

LOST PARCEL AND NO REFUND BACK AS YET

Sent a small parcel beginning of November, after waiting for the two week period to pass , I opened up a claim / case not easy to do . I sent photo evidence etc , waited just over 30 days later got a email asking what address I’d sent to as the slip had two addresses on , I’d put a circle around the address so though would of been obvious which one . I then tried to reply with the address, email bounced back , seams you can’t reply to them as they don’t read them , I then had to go from the start again so send them a email . Still no reply so I’m writing it off as a bad experience, it’s not worth the hassle or stress , I try to ring them but was over 30 minutes waiting time , what is the point of sending me a email with a question if I can’t reply to it . What a awful company , and after watching the program which shows them in full light how they mistreated those poor post masters and families they deserve tall this bad feedback and press .

Noland Principles

How can it be just and right that Paula Vennells was awarded a CBE, it compounds the injustice that sub postmasters a mistresses suffered at the hands of the Post Office, it brings the honor system into disrepute. Were senior executives in the Post Office completely unaware of the Nolan Principles = Selflessness, Integrity, Objectivity, Accountability, Openness, Honesty and Leadership. How can the public ever trust the Post Office again? Only by being completely honest and open, admitting to their faults will the Post Office management be able to reverse the distrust the public now has for this once loved organization.

Former CEO and her executive team…

Former CEO and her executive team should be ashamed of themselves, they should hand back honours and have all benefits stripped. I won’t be using the post office again !

Give the innocent their lives back!!!

How can the company improve!! What a question to ask? All of those who covered up to “protect the reputation of the Post Office” should be the ones with a conviction! Liars, thieves and without any moral compass!! Totally and utterly disgraceful!!! Never thought the level of evil and corruption could be at the heart of an institution that delivers letters! The way you saw those innocent employees was more in keeping with a dictatorship! Shame on you all!!
