Parcel returned from Royal mail

Parcel returned from Royal mail. Post office staff did not know why although they had completed the CN22 and I signed it. The parcel came back after 7 weeks with a CN15(b) form on the returned parcel. After 15 minutes, they sent me off with a contact number that could not help. Poor service. Visit an alternative post office if you want your post to be delivered.

My local Postman is great BUT when it comes to parcels they do not come any where near the time that they are due such as 9:30 11:45. It it ALWAYS well into the afternoon. This makes it impossible to plan. I have commitments which I am willing to work around but NOT the WHOLE DAY. If you say you will deliver between these time THEN YOU SHOULD. On top of that it's the same guy - who's not too friendly - it's like you have disturbed him by having a parcel delivered.

Possibly the worst delivery company in…

Possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. The regular guys are great who deliver your letters, however, when you have a parcel being delivered not letters, it never arrives on time, the time slots are too long as well, and when they stick a note via your door they don't tell you what neighbour they left it with and the item reference on the last two were incorrect. I have heard they use agencies workers to deliver parcels. They clearly need more training. Lastly trying to get hold of anyone to speak to is like trying to speak to Pope.

USELESS MANAGEMENT

After watching the fabulous TV Show Mr Bates vs The Post Office I am shocked how the Management of The Post Office have got away with their crimes against humanity. The UK Government/ The King should make sure justice is done. So many people have suffered unnesseccarily due to useless clueless management. Everytime I see the name Post Office I will never forget the harm they done to their innocent employees.

An absolute disgrace to convict good…

An absolute disgrace to convict good innocent people ….. I will never use you any of you services again and how the heck did Paula Vennells get a CBE for this shameful behaviour and I can see why she resigned as an Anglican priest back in 2021 …. Because she’s a liar …I will be adding my name to take this awful lady’s her CBE away and this government has been a total failure in supporting these fantastic people … By the way thanks for wasting over £100 million of tax payers money trying to defend your corrupt ways, respond to my comments if you dare … how do you sleep at night !!!

DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE DISSERVICE!!

Used Post Office "parcelsonline". Paid total of £20.39 for a mid-sized parcel, using DPD Next Day AM (before noon) delivery via Post Office. Took five days to arrive and no way to get compensation!!! DPD take no responsibility to compensate, as PO took the money. PO deny that any of reference or tracking numbers exist in their system, in spite of providing the labels and PO receipt including these numbers!! Appears PO still up to its old tricks of blaming other people and imposing every obstacle to getting compensation! DO NOT USE this disservice!!

I am disgusted at the actions taken by…

I am disgusted at the actions taken by the Post Office over the Horizon computer bug. The Post Office should never be able to undertake their own investigations again. They have made a travesty of British justice. They ruined lives! People were given criminal convictions - good people who they falsely accused. There should be a criminal investigation into Horizon, Fujitsu and the Post Office management to determine what charges should be brought against them!

How the hell can it take 20+ years

How the hell can it take 20+ years and still not be sorted out? I thought it had been several years ago, imagine my growing rage as I watched the drama unfold.Anyone with a brain and honest at HQ should have realised there was something wrong once the losses started to mount up. Instead they all tried to lie their way out, ruining innocent lives in the process. Confiscate the gong awarded to the ex ceo immediately. Auntie Paula now hiding behind the cloth speaks volumes. WELL DONE MR BATES, YOU ARE A STAR. No need for a reference number to post this - they will understand my rage - but will they? history says otherwise. I look forward to HQ & Fujitsu prosecutions left, right and centre in due course. On second thoughts, if the PO were anything like honourable people, I would have thought they would cut through all the legal crap and cough up the required compensation IMMEDIATELY. We all know its an injustice that just needs to be put right. Why go through all the expensive legal stuff (on 3 fronts to boot), with delays left, right and centre unless they really ARE vindictive people. I accept that the removal of convictions need to go through the legal procedure but even this could be simplified and speeded up. There again, I understand its all owned by the government - THAT SAYS IT ALL. Today I watched PMQ's where the current Postmaster General was concerned that those who actually did steal money could get absolved. Given the history of horizon - whats the chances, and under the circumstances, does anyone care?
