Parcel returned from Royal mail

Parcel returned from Royal mail. Post office staff did not know why although they had completed the CN22 and I signed it. The parcel came back after 7 weeks with a CN15(b) form on the returned parcel. After 15 minutes, they sent me off with a contact number that could not help. Poor service. Visit an alternative post office if you want your post to be delivered.

My local Postman is great BUT when it comes to parcels they do not come any where near the time that they are due such as 9:30 11:45. It it ALWAYS well into the afternoon. This makes it impossible to plan. I have commitments which I am willing to work around but NOT the WHOLE DAY. If you say you will deliver between these time THEN YOU SHOULD. On top of that it's the same guy - who's not too friendly - it's like you have disturbed him by having a parcel delivered.

Possibly the worst delivery company in…

Possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. The regular guys are great who deliver your letters, however, when you have a parcel being delivered not letters, it never arrives on time, the time slots are too long as well, and when they stick a note via your door they don't tell you what neighbour they left it with and the item reference on the last two were incorrect. I have heard they use agencies workers to deliver parcels. They clearly need more training. Lastly trying to get hold of anyone to speak to is like trying to speak to Pope.

Worst Post office 😔😔😔😔😔

Visted to drop off a parcel via Amazon and there was a lady before me being served by Old Indian man. He was extremely rude and had attitude issues! 😕 She was upset and left the premises in disgusted and horrified. She was struggling with her with her parcel and I helped her to take it back to the car. I was next and gave me a dirty look!!. I promise not to go there again ever. So sad 😢😢😢😭 Lost for words.

Having sent for a replacement LPA (…

Having sent for a replacement LPA ( lasting power of attorney) I paid for a 48 HR tracked to my door. 24 hours on...had the dreaded sorry you were out card. Went online....arranged delivery to local PO. Got email saying pick up Wednesday. Turned up 1030am...have you got id...yes...thank you...it's not here. Come back after lunch. Turned up 1230....show me id.......again I did....nope it's not here. My solicitor pays a visit....I will not share his words he had with staff. 5.30pm I go back..Have you got ID? Yes but can you check if item here first. Nope I need ID....my name and address is on card....if it's here I will show ID . Sorry but I can't walk the ten feet to parcel shelf to see if it's there??? Show ID. It's not here. I can't blame staff as they are programmed to say these things.....however......what a managerial fudge bucket they are at head office. Even they must see the stupidness of this ID rule. Apparently ready for collection Wednesday...means it might be lost.....but it's my fault. Solicitors now taking over. Rant over thank you.

Birthday card not delivered late/not delivered.

Birthday card posted first class (£1.70) on 23/5/25 in Newcastle upon Tyne has still not arrived in Durhan by 28/5/25, birthday 27/5/25. Not the first disappointing outcome. Will not use again.

I cannot believe how the post office…

I cannot believe how the post office treats its customers! After trying to make a complaint over the phone about something going wrong with my savings account the call was terminated by the post office and not once but twice! Both times after been on hold for 20 minutes to talk to someone. No email address to complain to and no web chat. Only other option is to write a letter!!! I shall move my money to a bank that actually cares.

Absolutely useless.

5 times I have been notified that a parcel is out for delivery and 5 times it has failed to materialise. The sender paid for 48 hour postage; it was posted on 20th May, it is now 27th May. As far as I am aware that is a bit more that 48 hours.

The postmaster is a tit

The postmaster, I use that term very lightly, of sinfin post office is by far the oddest, rudest, confrontational people I’ve ever met. Today I was used with a life time ban of his and all Royal Mail services in the uk, this is from one man, who sits in his pathetic little chair, licking stamps and counting money for people. No im sure this ban means absolutely nothing, however in the space of 6-7 min before my little encounter, he was rude and aggressive towards a young lady who he called a liar and refused to serve, then went about slagging her off after she left. The staff there look like they have been given a job under nazi regime, they look terrified, I recently knew a lady who escaped from his evil grasp and is now so much happier. This man is disgusting, but what’s more shocking is that Royal Mail have done zilch. Years of complaints, from all ages and demographics and yet they do nothing. Are we surprised, not really. Maybe he’s on a one man mission to ruin them after the whole scandal, he’s doing a pretty poor job though, he’s just making himself look a right bloody tit. Oh well, least we don’t have to lick stamps. Every cloud I guess.

Rubbish service

Delivery of parcels never on time just today I waited for it all day it should be delivered between 8.30 am and 10.30 am but as always it did not happened, absolutely rubbish service, no communication and over priced

Terrible, cheating and potentially life threatening delivery service.

Post only being delivered once a week in the po21 postcode area. I phoned up to query this, as it has been like it for months. I was told that, my case, as I had queried it, would be given preferential treatment and I would receive my mail within 72 hours. I queried about all the other addresses within the postcode, but was told they would have to complain individually. Not only does it mean anyone paying to send a first class letter etc. to this postcode is being cheated, for me, a cancer patient, it also has meant that I have not been receiving vital hospital correspondence….and I’m sure I’m not the only one in this position! This is disgraceful and absolutely confirms that the Post Office, particularly Royal Mail, are not fit for purpose.RIP the Royal Mail.

Bodgan - great worker

We work with Bogdan on a daily basis as he deliver the parcels at my workplace (near Battersea). We had a new system in place this week and he has been very patient and accommodating while we get used to it: very friendly and always registering the parcels properly, even when it can be time consuming. It's a pleasure to see him every day!
