Postoffice has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Parcel returned from Royal mail. Post office staff did not know why although they had completed the CN22 and I signed it. The parcel came back after 7 weeks with a CN15(b) form on the returned parcel. After 15 minutes, they sent me off with a contact number that could not help. Poor service. Visit an alternative post office if you want your post to be delivered.
My local Postman is great BUT when it comes to parcels they do not come any where near the time that they are due such as 9:30 11:45. It it ALWAYS well into the afternoon. This makes it impossible to plan. I have commitments which I am willing to work around but NOT the WHOLE DAY. If you say you will deliver between these time THEN YOU SHOULD. On top of that it's the same guy - who's not too friendly - it's like you have disturbed him by having a parcel delivered.
Long Ashton Post Office is an incredible business. Always have anwers, always helpful, polite and they get the job done for you!
Possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. The regular guys are great who deliver your letters, however, when you have a parcel being delivered not letters, it never arrives on time, the time slots are too long as well, and when they stick a note via your door they don't tell you what neighbour they left it with and the item reference on the last two were incorrect. I have heard they use agencies workers to deliver parcels. They clearly need more training. Lastly trying to get hold of anyone to speak to is like trying to speak to Pope.

I have never been subjected to such rude service from anyone before. The lady in the post office was so rude to me yesterday when I took in a parcel, she had I couldn't care less attitude and I'm better than you are. I had cause to go back in today because the parcel I had returned seemed not to have been sent. All she said was that I should contact Amazon and when I asked her if she definitely returned it a reply was to walk away and not answer. I will certainly never be using that post office again I would go out of my way rather than use them. She's a sort of person that gives the post office a really bad name

Complete rubbish system. The staff tried their best to resolve but were unsuccessful. Finally, after wasting an hour, I requested to cancel the policy. Will not buy anything from the Post Office anymore.

Went into my local post office to post a small package first class next day delivery on Friday 30th May. The package arrived at the delivery address Monday 2nd June. Delivery charges were £9.85 distance away from my house is 85 miles. UPDATE. Posted an envelope to my daughter (first class) guaranteed next day delivery. Item has still not arrived. The post office is a waste of space. Let's hope they are bought out then we can expect a decent service. Have you noticed that customer service have not got the guts to answer any of these complaints. They just sit in their little offices drinking coffee and complaining about all the hard work they do.

I would give NO stars at all because the Malvern Link PO staff are rude and offensive! I have been told to "iron" out wrinkled notes and not to use cellotape on "large" letters. Also, one of the staff said my high anxiety illness made him and others feel bad. How does he think how I feel? No, narcciisism rules! I will NOT be using this PO anymore. 100% nasty!

Went into Rugby P.O. today to renew my photocard driving licence. The whole process was really simple and efficient and Harsha explained everything and took an acceptable photo. No appointment necessary and only charge £4.00 for the service. I was expecting problems as everything seems difficult if you have no passport these days so pleasantly surprised. Can definitely recommend.

Returned 2 parcels to amazon uk, from post office in broomfield road, Chelmsford. I was told they dont give a receipt and now amazon telling me the 2 products have not been returned. I just called that post office and no they don't record amazon returns so no trace. Going to trading standards this is so bad, a bit like a scam!

Although I have plenty of criticism of the Royal Mail in general, this review concerns one post office, Merry Hill PO near Wolverhampton. This place seems to be a black hole for packages. I have two that were deposited there from a certain company I order regularly from over a month ago, according to the tracking information provided. They have still not arrived, and this is not the first time this has happened.

Post office car insurance, avoid ! If you move address and notify them , they will charge you an admin fee of £20 for the privlege . I moved to an area with a much lower risk post code , all of my others providers acknowledged this and gave a refund on the policy and no admin charge, apparently the Post office are unable to offer a refund on a policy due to a software issue with their system (as advised by the staff member) this is a major concern in this day and age , clearly major issues with the Post office systems , I think Iv seen the film !!!!
