Just been to drop off a package at the Post Office in the Horsefair, Kidderminster. And the staff were absolutely vile!
So pointlessly rude and unhelpful!
We will be taking our custom elsewhere in future.

We had a great postman last year, and then he retired, gone to pot since, I have not had any mail for weeks unless it was a parcel, they deliver at random times as well.
I often get mail that is intended for someone else!
This time I chaised the postman down and gave him the letter back that he had posted through my door.
I’m expecting some important stuff as well!

I want to express how wonderfully I was treated at Calhoun Ky post office. I needed a passport and didn’t know how to go about it. Dawn helped me on two different occasions. Dawn was very patient and helped me to get documents I needed as I didn’t know how to use the internet very well. She was very informative, wrote down contact numbers for me. Helped me to understand why I needed these documents. I am grateful to her. Please give her a raise, she is worth it!!!
Do not bank with the post office unless you never want to see your money again. It is impossible to transfer or withdraw your money. My husband has just spent the last 3 1/2 hours on the phone and online trying to transfer his money. We have just sent our third email regarding it and still no response.
Customer service 3 members of staff at Maltby be more like the can do lady !
I went to the post office in Maltby Rotherham this afternoon for a bag of 50p’s to use for Dunham bridge.There was a few people waiting, 4 members of staff , 1 counter open, I waited my time and asked politely for some change( didn’t say £5 of 50p’s ) I was told quite abruptly that no I haven’t any change so I said oh ok can I go to the other counter( as that one was now open, I was told yes but you will have to re join the line, I said seriously? .
I joined the 5 deep
Line for quite a time and had to let at least 3 more pass as there was now only the one counter I’d been to already open.
Eventually I was told the 2 members of staff would be a while balancing the til and the other counter person was away from her til and they couldn’t go in it , I asked how long she might be as I needed some change, the lady said absolutely no idea .
I gave in and went into Tesco to buy a few items, on my way out the other til was open so I joined the line and got to her til and asked please could I gave some 50ps?
She had a look in hers then went to the safe and got me some , very pleasantly !
Seriously I spent almost 20 minutes in there🤣
Parcel stolen by Post Office staff - using Tracked delivery
Parcel stolen. Sent tracked. Arrived in Manchester depot but did not make it to the address in Bolton. Provided proof of postage etc and claim has been refused. Now going to have to go to the small claims court.
I received a text saying my parcel was delivered, including a blurry photo of a thumb holding a parcel, no background, address unreadable, as proof of delivery... it had not been delivered. Post Office seem to have gone to great lengths to make contacting them impossible. When you do find a phone number, they leave you waiting so long that the line closes before you get to speak to anyone. The website sends you around in circles. I obviously expect no response based on this review, but we'll done post office on having the worse customer service I've ever witnessed.
The managers of this Post Office have run this lovely Post Office into the ground. Abdul was highly efficient and then they made him work alone so he was rushed off his feet. Then they moved Abdul and put in another sole worker. We need the two people to run this Post Office and Abdul to come back!

A sign said shutting early due to staff shortages. In excess of 10 people in the queue with one desk open. 3 other staff in plain view conversing at travel exchange desk which wasn’t “working today” and making no effort to serve customers. Symptomatic of the staff in this branch.
Sent some items by 2nd Class signed for service, as they had value. My package needed to travel 15 miles into a busy city.
Never arrived even though it was supposed to be tracked. Post office are utterly garbage.
Cainscross post office is so slow and only one person serves whilst there is a big queue of people I don’t understand why they would not serve the people then potter about doing what ever and one lady is so rude I’ve heard her basically argue with customers most times I’m in there

We have supported this PO for over 20 years and were very proud when they won PO of The Year in 2020.
HOWEVER, even though the same people run it, it has gone downhill tremendously.
A few days ago I needed to print a label for my parcel. The charge was £1 for an A4 size paper half full with B&W print! (someone said it actually costs them pence). At this point the owner made himself busy serving someone else. The printer printed the label incorrectly so the owner's daughter very kindly helped us. The label came out correctly and filled the page. The owner insisted on us paying another £1, even though it was the printer that had made the mistake and that was pointed out to him. The daughter was embarrassed, as were we - the shop was full of people too. I have since talked to 2 of the locals who were in the shop at the time and they are disgusted.
I will avoid going again to support this local Post Office but instead will walk to the next one further down the road in Canton where I am assured the owners and workers are extremely helpful, kind and make a real effort to foster relationships with the local community.
Such a shame.
