So pointlessly rude and unhelpful!
We will be taking our custom elsewhere in future.

We had a great postman last year, and then he retired, gone to pot since, I have not had any mail for weeks unless it was a parcel, they deliver at random times as well.
I often get mail that is intended for someone else!
This time I chaised the postman down and gave him the letter back that he had posted through my door.
I’m expecting some important stuff as well!

I want to express how wonderfully I was treated at Calhoun Ky post office. I needed a passport and didn’t know how to go about it. Dawn helped me on two different occasions. Dawn was very patient and helped me to get documents I needed as I didn’t know how to use the internet very well. She was very informative, wrote down contact numbers for me. Helped me to understand why I needed these documents. I am grateful to her. Please give her a raise, she is worth it!!!
Do not bank with the post office unless you never want to see your money again. It is impossible to transfer or withdraw your money. My husband has just spent the last 3 1/2 hours on the phone and online trying to transfer his money. We have just sent our third email regarding it and still no response.
Post office are useless, first they said that my address doesnt exist then they dont deliver and say that they do and send pics of some1 elses doorstep.
I didnt get a card so they ignore me, so some1 can nick your parcel and say that they have delivered it. They
do not post a card and say, well we cant help you then.
There is nowhere on the website that helps. Iy is simply a case of, so what we dont care.

One star is too much libertine gardens post office they are slow rude and turn a blind eye to disabled woman my wife being racially abused in their post office by other customers the post office themselves caused the problem with their complete lack of professionalism they do not know what they are doing most of the time the place should be shut down.
Exchange rate was not confirmed during purchase and I just realised it was lower than advertised on the website resulting in loosing 58 euros. I also wasn't given the notes requested requesting and despite having lots of notes on view.
Well, try to avoid going, but the Evri terminal at drop off on Blackburn Road isn’t working.

The Post office tracking system is a complete Joke either does not recognise the tracking number or there is a fault please try again or if you get a response it says and update only available when a delivery is attempted, I WILL KNOW THEN BECAUSE YOU ARE DELIVERING IT absolute waste of time !!!!

Don’t know why they bother. As a British Gas customer you have to top up your payment cards at a post office do they provide that service…… NO! Went there at 09.10 to post a parcel told they wouldn’t open until 10am! Post offices are few and far between and the service this post office provides is terrible!
Not deserving of 1 star, useless articles the lot of them. Anyone needing redirection of mail please read carefully. We arranged redirection for 6 months to a temporary address whilst in between houses. During first month we moved into permanent address. Couldn't alter anything online so called whats very loosely termed as "customer services". Asked to alter address to perm address. We were told to cancel original arrangement then take out a new 6 month one. Told no possibility of allowance towards new and no refund for the 5 unused months. Its not hackers, scammers and embezzlers to look out for, its the very businesses who claim to protect you.
How can this company get it so wrong? So often? I sent a tracked parcel to London and it has been sat in some centre for the past 10 days according to my tracking. Why aren’t they delivering things? Why are they so inefficient and unreliable?
