Parcel returned from Royal mail

Parcel returned from Royal mail. Post office staff did not know why although they had completed the CN22 and I signed it. The parcel came back after 7 weeks with a CN15(b) form on the returned parcel. After 15 minutes, they sent me off with a contact number that could not help. Poor service. Visit an alternative post office if you want your post to be delivered.

My local Postman is great BUT when it comes to parcels they do not come any where near the time that they are due such as 9:30 11:45. It it ALWAYS well into the afternoon. This makes it impossible to plan. I have commitments which I am willing to work around but NOT the WHOLE DAY. If you say you will deliver between these time THEN YOU SHOULD. On top of that it's the same guy - who's not too friendly - it's like you have disturbed him by having a parcel delivered.

Possibly the worst delivery company in…

Possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. The regular guys are great who deliver your letters, however, when you have a parcel being delivered not letters, it never arrives on time, the time slots are too long as well, and when they stick a note via your door they don't tell you what neighbour they left it with and the item reference on the last two were incorrect. I have heard they use agencies workers to deliver parcels. They clearly need more training. Lastly trying to get hold of anyone to speak to is like trying to speak to Pope.

Hurst Hill post office

Very rude staff member on the till (I believe he was the postmaster). I was depositing cash into my bank account today and the man working there was patronising. My money was folded as it had been in my purse. The staff member told me that the money was apparently the worst state he had ever seen, that I needed a bigger purse clearly, that my money would now need to be put in the bin by the post office. I told him I would be happy to take my money elsewhere if it is an issue and he did not respond to me. He told me I had been disrespectful to the money and that it's not acceptable to treat cash like that??? Very huffy and patronising throughout the encounter and went on and on about my cash being folded. Absolutely not appropriate to lecture a customer and make snide comments over my money being folded as is most people's money. Absolutely disgraceful experience with this post office and it has completely put me off returning.

Item sent to the wrong post office

Terrible I had a parcel delivered to the wrong parcel shop for three weeks. I have been ringing the shop so I can get it to return it back to the store as they won’t refund me because it sat there now. I’m not being funny but most places return an item that you don’t collect within seven days it’s been three weeks so far and I have been told by SHEIN that it will sit there until I go and collect it, which is unlikely because it’s in the wrong destination I don’t understand why they put a phone number on their post office they don’t answer the phone. It’s just getting very frustrating because it was every that delivered it. I can’t ring them either. No one wants to talk to you so it means I’m out of pocket. God knows how long it’s going to be until it gets sent back, I thought because it was a post office. It would be returned quite quickly. That is not the case. I’ve already read the reviews for the actual post office and they’re diabolical are sadly and impressed now because I don’t know how I’m going to get my refund because I can’t get hold of the post office, no matter how hard I try.

Post Office in Cippenham Berkshire

Post Office in Cippenham Berkshire - this morning the lady that runs the post office was extremely rude and angry to the clients in the PO. After serving me she went to her car to leave. A man who was parked in front of the PO for just a moment angered her - she literally sat in her car and sat on the horn for ten minutes beeping - this lady has severe anger issues…. Will not go back to this PO after seeing her behaviour. Shameful

Review for Stanley Road Post Office, Bootle L20... Very helpful and friendly staff... Knowledgeable, professional, approachable, and efficient. This is the only post office in Bootle that I advice people in this area to use... A real, old-school, proper, service-focused establishment. Can't recommend enough.

Kingsland High St Post Office

Kingsland High Street Post Office, London. For some reason the Post Office used Evri to send my parcel instead of their own postal service but whatever. Anyway checking the tracking number on the Evri website it says and I quote "We're sorry we haven't been able to deliver today. We'll update your tracking when it's on the way on the next working day" and it has just been like this for more than two weeks. If you try to contact them (Evri) you either chat with a chatbot or with a voicebot. You have no option to talk with a real person. Taking this issue to the Post Office I am told it is out of their hands and I would need to take the issue with Evri. Such poor customer service from the Post Office and from Evri.

Parcel not delivered. I was given times between for 4th and then 6th March. Took time off work but parcel was not delivered. Am now about to contact supplier for a refund on my online purchase.
