Kingsland High St Post Office
Kingsland High Street Post Office, London. For some reason the Post Office used Evri to send my parcel instead of their own postal service but whatever. Anyway checking the tracking number on the Evri website it says and I quote "We're sorry we haven't been able to deliver today. We'll update your tracking when it's on the way on the next working day" and it has just been like this for more than two weeks. If you try to contact them (Evri) you either chat with a chatbot or with a voicebot. You have no option to talk with a real person. Taking this issue to the Post Office I am told it is out of their hands and I would need to take the issue with Evri. Such poor customer service from the Post Office and from Evri.
