Parcel returned from Royal mail

Parcel returned from Royal mail. Post office staff did not know why although they had completed the CN22 and I signed it. The parcel came back after 7 weeks with a CN15(b) form on the returned parcel. After 15 minutes, they sent me off with a contact number that could not help. Poor service. Visit an alternative post office if you want your post to be delivered.

My local Postman is great BUT when it…

My local Postman is great BUT when it comes to parcels they do not come any where near the time that they are due such as 9:30 11:45. It it ALWAYS well into the afternoon. This makes it impossible to plan. I have commitments which I am willing to work around but NOT the WHOLE DAY. If you say you will deliver between these time THEN YOU SHOULD. On top of that it's the same guy - who's not too friendly - it's like you have disturbed him by having a parcel delivered.

Long Ashton Post Office, Bristol

Long Ashton Post Office is an incredible business. Always have anwers, always helpful, polite and they get the job done for you!

Possibly the worst delivery company in…

Possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. The regular guys are great who deliver your letters, however, when you have a parcel being delivered not letters, it never arrives on time, the time slots are too long as well, and when they stick a note via your door they don't tell you what neighbour they left it with and the item reference on the last two were incorrect. I have heard they use agencies workers to deliver parcels. They clearly need more training. Lastly trying to get hold of anyone to speak to is like trying to speak to Pope.

North end road

North end road , the 2 post offices are racist to black men, I was refused service because I was talking in my normal voice I'm a musician. International, I am actually loosing my voice , yet I'm being racial discriminated by both post offices, dont use them the Asian man are racist to black men, I will be taking further legal action over this racism by staff to black men, I just found out by phoning royal mail my items been delivered, so someone has stolen my item and this staff won't help me,

post redirect farse

I set up a redirect for my post in branch, advising that I was moving into temporary accommodation ahead of my onward purchase going through. I was advised at the time that i'd be able to update the redirect free of charge once I'd moved. Upon calling customer services today, i was told that I needed to pay again for an additional re-direct, and if I'd like to make a complaint, i'd need to sit in a queue on hold for a further 60 minutes. Appalling service end to end - It's only a shame we have no choice but to use the organisation.

A TOTAL RIP OFF - USE COURIERS!

Posted a very small (3 or 4 inches square) very lightweight (a couple of ounces) 'parcel' to the USA, contents of nominal value, but because it doesn't fit through their ridiculous 'slot' they charged me £24! Guys, you cannot charge by the shape of a parcel - it has to go by weight - that's how air freight goes! And it's the same with domestic mail - your item may only weigh a very few grams, but because it's more than 2.5cm wide when it's in a box, it goes for the same rate as a big heavy item - the people who worked this out must be one fry short of a happy meal! People are sending me things from eBay taken out of boxes and flattened down, and by flattening the shape of exactly the same item they are saving many £'s of postage - it's a ludicrous farce! I will never use the P.O. again - I will use couriers - and if I'm buying an item I will ask the seller if they're going to use the P.O. and decline the sale if they are. It's my mission in life to see the P.O. go bankrupt - they are utterly incapable of running a postal service in many other ways too, but that's enough for this review!

Underhand, hidden fees added to car insurance quote

I received a quote for car insurance from Post Office Money. When i accepted the quote and made payment, i noticed that they had added on a further £40 for an Intermediary Services Fee. At no point was i made aware, during the whole process from quote to payment, that this amount would be added to the total cost that they had quoted. Totally underhand, bordering on fraud. I will now be contacting Martin Lewis Moneysavingexpert and the insurance ombudsman to complain and seek a refund.

What lovely people working at the post…

What lovely people working at the post office counter in Queen Street Deal Kent. So friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much bother for them. So much better than the people who worked there before who were very rude and miserable. They didn’t want to be there!

We might be open if staff turn up 😆

Went to post a parcel yesterday at 17:30 only to be told the post office is closed as the staff member didn't turn up, but was assured it will definitely be open tomorrow, I called at 12:23 today and asked is the post office open tonight? Yes it is. So come 19:10 I make my way down to use the post office only to be barked at its closed but some rude women,as you can imagine I wasn't happy, was then questioned who did you speak to and what time, so rude this person has no clue about customer service and you could tell by how abrupt she was couldn't care less,my wife then asked will it be open tomorrow? And we was told maybe depending if the staff member comes into work tomorrow? Absolutely ridiculous to run a business I can see why they have such a poor overall rating. Oh and the website states the post office is open until 20:00 but it is open until 19:00 when the staff turn up. Good to pick up a quick drink just don't expect any form of customer service.
