Parcel returned from Royal mail

Parcel returned from Royal mail. Post office staff did not know why although they had completed the CN22 and I signed it. The parcel came back after 7 weeks with a CN15(b) form on the returned parcel. After 15 minutes, they sent me off with a contact number that could not help. Poor service. Visit an alternative post office if you want your post to be delivered.

My local Postman is great BUT when it comes to parcels they do not come any where near the time that they are due such as 9:30 11:45. It it ALWAYS well into the afternoon. This makes it impossible to plan. I have commitments which I am willing to work around but NOT the WHOLE DAY. If you say you will deliver between these time THEN YOU SHOULD. On top of that it's the same guy - who's not too friendly - it's like you have disturbed him by having a parcel delivered.

Possibly the worst delivery company in…

Possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. The regular guys are great who deliver your letters, however, when you have a parcel being delivered not letters, it never arrives on time, the time slots are too long as well, and when they stick a note via your door they don't tell you what neighbour they left it with and the item reference on the last two were incorrect. I have heard they use agencies workers to deliver parcels. They clearly need more training. Lastly trying to get hold of anyone to speak to is like trying to speak to Pope.

Great Service

Many thanks to the staff and manager at the St Aldates Post Office in Oxford. They pulled out all the stops to assist me with travel money and sorted out the problem. Great customer service by friendly, helpful people.

Always a pleasure to go to Lancaster UK Post office. I go about once a fortnight for various reasons Inc sending post in UK and overseas. Changing currency. Really great team and always friendly. One cashier in particular Emily K, she's so welcoming, treats everyone so warmly. I always hope I get her serving me. Recently went in to change GBP into USD and she gave me some great advice regarding the conversation rate and how much to buy to get the best denomination of notes. Counted it all so carefully and methodically. Considering it's a city centre post office and so busy, she's always in a good mood to see everyone. 10/10 Customer service

Mansfield Woodhouse morons

Horrible experience if you ask any questions is like getting blood from Stone these are not nice people they're doing a job that they hate so grudging about customer service I'm talking about the Mansfield Woodhouse post office I only go there when I absolutely have to why are people so hateful I can only assume they have always had this job and they take you for granted try being self-employed you might develop a different attitude to life and people

…ignorant post office skipton

went to deposit money in the post office they would not accept the money , this rejection was without even looking at the money. Is this a british post office or a english only post office. It was the post office in skipton town centre , I explained the money has sterling written on it they were ignorant and rude, Like i said at the start they did not even look at the money,it should state we only accept english money The money was scottish it was later deposited at a proper bank

The worst service ever.

The worst service ever. The post office does not keep records of what is being sent. If you need a receipt re printed, there is no record of it. It’s embarrassing.

Monton Post Office - Always Terrible

Always a nightmare visiting here as the staff are so moody and generally seem to hate their lives. Today's episode was we won't take your parcel as it's not secure. Me: Oh really why do you say that, it seems secure? Post Office: It has holes in it. Me: No it doesn't. PO: Well you've sealed it with tape so its not secure. Me: All parcels are sealed with tape. PO: Well its not secure so we won't take it. I will take it if you buy a second bag or another roll of tape and wrap it around a few times more. Me: How will that help, it is already in a similar bag which is completely sealed with tape. PO: I won't take it. Me: Right I'll be on my way in that case.

Banking takes FOREVER

Normal Bank: To do a transfer select the account, the recipient and enter the amount. Transfer will be complete within 2 hours. Post Office Banking: A transfer will take 15 days to action, a further 6 days to clear the funds and if you ever want to withdraw it will take a further 4 days to process. This was for their 'Easy Access' account. Call me mad but I don't consider 25 days of processing to be 'easy access'.
