Parcel returned from Royal mail

Parcel returned from Royal mail. Post office staff did not know why although they had completed the CN22 and I signed it. The parcel came back after 7 weeks with a CN15(b) form on the returned parcel. After 15 minutes, they sent me off with a contact number that could not help. Poor service. Visit an alternative post office if you want your post to be delivered.

My local Postman is great BUT when it comes to parcels they do not come any where near the time that they are due such as 9:30 11:45. It it ALWAYS well into the afternoon. This makes it impossible to plan. I have commitments which I am willing to work around but NOT the WHOLE DAY. If you say you will deliver between these time THEN YOU SHOULD. On top of that it's the same guy - who's not too friendly - it's like you have disturbed him by having a parcel delivered.

Possibly the worst delivery company in…

Possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. The regular guys are great who deliver your letters, however, when you have a parcel being delivered not letters, it never arrives on time, the time slots are too long as well, and when they stick a note via your door they don't tell you what neighbour they left it with and the item reference on the last two were incorrect. I have heard they use agencies workers to deliver parcels. They clearly need more training. Lastly trying to get hold of anyone to speak to is like trying to speak to Pope.

I’d give 0 if I could

I’d give 0 if I could. Waiting for delivery apparently they tried to deliver a few hours ago and my home was inaccessible!!! Funnily enough I’m on a road where NOTHING IS HAPPENING and even if you can’t walk up my driveway you can walk across either neighbours garden like they do every day they deliver post! I have been in all day. I’m absolutely fuming as I need this by tomorrow at latest. Royal Mail STILL lying it seems after all the bad publicity they still can’t be trusted.

I just want to say what a wonderful…staff the Billericay post office has.

I just want to say what a wonderful person serve me today in the Billericay High Street post office. The young lady had blonde hair and was very very helpful. I was having a bother with my currency and she had put me right. I am so pleased that we’ve got a local post office with such good staff I cannot thank her enough thank you so much for the Billericay High Street post office, please keep up the good work.

Parcel delivery and collection is terrible - over the fence

Parcel collection is terrible. Been waiting 2 days for a collection and almost out of time. Will have to contact a responsible business to see if they can help change it from Royal Mail. Previously they were a day late collecting a parcel and then said we weren't in even though there is always someone here. Last time we had a delivery, they threw my new iPad over the back gate and smashed the screen. I still have the footage and pictures. Probably the same useless person. The hiring bar is clearly too low or else the ethics are non-existent. What is this country coming to?

Tie something to a brick and throw it, better than these clowns

Ant say howdownhill he post office has become. They only have one job, once upon a time hey could be trusted to do it, in the last 30 days they have messed up 3 parcels out of 4 we have had delivered, they don’t even update the tracking. I have one still saying it will be delivered yesterday, use a courier service fro someone else or tie stuf to a brick and chuck it in the general direction.more likely to be deliverd

Posted tracked item last Saturday

Posted tracked item last Saturday, for delivery Mon/Tues. Item still in Bristol MC (whatever that is). Online complaints form and phone are a total waste of time. I think they get lessons from the Council, just keep sending you round in circles in the hope you'll give up. Post Office is not fit for purpose. Probably more people working in complaints than delivery?

Paid for a signed delivery letter

Paid for a signed delivery letter, but Post Office originally said "gone away', when I checked the address it was correct. When I queried it the changed the reason stating 'refused to accept'. I visited the property they were there and had never refused any letter. Post office/Postman/Postwoman clearly could not be bothered to attempt to deliver, its obviously easier just to lie and fob customers off.

Passports cant be renewed at Stevenage.

Passports cant be renewed at Stevenage. may a special trip just to get them renewed, paid for parking! only to find they cant do it for some reason. Disgraceful. if you have time to write a notice change the available branches online. Simon Thompson you are driving your business into the ground!
