Parcel returned from Royal mail

Parcel returned from Royal mail. Post office staff did not know why although they had completed the CN22 and I signed it. The parcel came back after 7 weeks with a CN15(b) form on the returned parcel. After 15 minutes, they sent me off with a contact number that could not help. Poor service. Visit an alternative post office if you want your post to be delivered.

My local Postman is great BUT when it comes to parcels they do not come any where near the time that they are due such as 9:30 11:45. It it ALWAYS well into the afternoon. This makes it impossible to plan. I have commitments which I am willing to work around but NOT the WHOLE DAY. If you say you will deliver between these time THEN YOU SHOULD. On top of that it's the same guy - who's not too friendly - it's like you have disturbed him by having a parcel delivered.

Possibly the worst delivery company in…

Possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. The regular guys are great who deliver your letters, however, when you have a parcel being delivered not letters, it never arrives on time, the time slots are too long as well, and when they stick a note via your door they don't tell you what neighbour they left it with and the item reference on the last two were incorrect. I have heard they use agencies workers to deliver parcels. They clearly need more training. Lastly trying to get hold of anyone to speak to is like trying to speak to Pope.

Had a very bad experience there.

Had a very bad experience there. The Indian lady spoke to me like i was stupid. I had some questions about VAT refund and she spoke to me as if I wanted to return my products. She did not even let me finish my sentences.

Merry Hill Post Office are criminals

Merry Hill Post Office, Wolverhampton. There is obviously some kind of criminal activity going on here. Packages addressed to me have never arrived. Lots of other people have written on Google about the same thing. Why doesn't the Post Office investigate? Do they care that this is happening?

Fulham Road (605) Post Office

Fulham Road (605) Post Office 605 Fulham Road, London, SW6 5UA Says it is open until 10pm on their own website. Seems staff get to pick and choose what service they provide and when they are happy to do them. I was told today Post Office counter is open from 7am until 7pm and not the hours they themselves state. Parcelforce left my parcel here rather than deliver it to my home which is what I paid for, ombudsman should take away there license. As a disabled person at least treat me like a human being!

Petersfield Post Office are a disgrace.

Over the last few years I've actually had pretty good all round experiences of using Royal Mail. Every 24 hour stamped parcel in the last year has arrived the day after posting. I did in fact have a parcel from 'CEX' on a 48 hour stamp arrive the next day - exceptional. And then I had indirect dealings with 'Petersfield' post office. I sent off some application forms to join the Petersfield fishing club - and included a first class large letter stamped self addressed envelope with which the club could post my families memberships back to me. That letter was posted back to me on the 1st May. I have still not received it today - the 9th May. On the Monday of the bank holiday weekend (5th May) - the membership secretary posted a replacement, at my request. That, also, has still not arrived. I have spent over £150 on club memberships and Petersfield Post Office keep losing them. In contrast - I also sent off application forms to join the Petworth and Bognor Angling club on the same day. I have had those memberships in my possesion 11 days already. Petersfield Post Office - YOU ARE A DISGRACE, EXPECT LEGAL ACTION!

Driving licence, a journey to Tim buck too and back

I went to my local post office to renew my driving license, thinking it would be a pop in done and I would be on my way, but was surprised to hear they don’t renew driving licenses even though when you use the website to find said post offices that renew licenses my local one appears, now I have to take up to 2 hours out of my own day using my fuel to go to a post office that is no where near me to renew my license, it’s like going to a maccies and them saying sorry if you want a Big Mac you will have to drive 2 hours away, it’s quite frankly a joke and I’m half tempted to take this further than just a bad review

Terrible service

Terrible service, can’t collect the item when it’s not delivered on the same day, can’t give you option to put in a safe place. Can’t get through to a human on the phone too. Joke of a company
